My home warranty company assigned a claim to them. It took over a week for them to contact me and then schedule an appointment another week out. No big deal, but then they never showed up. I have tried to call/text/email them to have them complete the job for over a month. Both I and my warranty company cannot get in contact with anyone even after they sent a mass email saying they were there for all their clients. My complaint echoes others on Google. If you get to choose a company to work with, keep looking because these people don't seem to care.

David came out and was very nice while re-keying our house. Unfortunately, one door's lock had an issue that required a part that needed to be ordered from China. So far so good.The part supposedly arrived months later. Dairian apoligized for the delay and scheduled an appointment to put it in, even though I had offered to do it myself if they would just send the part and provide instructions. No one ever showed up for the appointment or called (I waited four hours), and my many calls, texts, and emails have been ignored since.I appreciate that people can be busy, but I think I deserve to be treated better than this.

I'm actually pretty unhappy about leaving a bad review. I loved David when he did my first repair; super nice and professional. I knew when he was coming, I got a few notifications, it was great! Then, he needed to return to fix his repair (fine, we knew that might happen,) and that's when things went downhill. I had to call after my appt window had started the day of the appt to find out that the part had not come in. He would call me when it did. We set the second appt, and that one was canceled the day of the appt due to the technician's health issues. Still, no problem. We set a third appt; this time, it was Darian, and he canceled that appt because the wrong part had shipped. He would call me when the right one did. A week later, and I have heard nothing since. I feel bad leaving a bad review of good people. Zero communication after the first appt, I had to call or text (and be mostly ignored) for any information. And five weeks later, my door still isn't fixed.

Showed up on time and quicky changed my locks. Their tech, however was on the phone talking to family the entire time. I dont recommend. Update: The business responded and didnt care for my review of their unprofessional tech. Maybe their tech could leave his phone in his pocket instead of chatting with his wife and other family members about dinner and weekend plans. Just a thought.

I originally used them for our home warranty rekey service. When I learned about all the other services that C&D offers I was actually Impressed. I work for a certain organization in charge of Government sites. David was able to come to Portland and help with a security container located at the harbor.
