Excellent customer service. I called Johnny to see if he could make spare keys for a luxury car that's nearly 3 decades old. He wasn't sure and asked me to text him a picture of the key, which I did. Locked out of my truck at 7:30 Saturday morning, I felt bad calling someone, but had to do it. Johnny Locksmith came out within half an hour of my call, charging only $55. Unfortunately, I had figured out how to get into my truck right when he pulled up. When I insisted on paying him for coming out, he insisted on making me a specialty made, wallet sized spare key for free. He was cheerful, personable, and left me feeling better than when he'd shown up. I think I'll lock my keys in again, my experience was so positive. 100% satisfaction, plus extra for the extra work he did.
