After breaking my key trying to unlock my door, I called and they picked up right away. Quickly collected my info and immediately dispatched someone for me. That person then called me to give me an ETA and let me know what he was driving so we could look out for him. He arrived when he said he would, and they were quick to help us get inside. We had Ron and Ron. Thank you guys for getting us into our apartment quickly!

I called the dispatcher around noon. It went straight to voicemail, I left a message with my name and number. 3pm I still no one had returned my call, so I tried again. This time I got right through. 15 minutes later someone was with me and within 5 minutes of that my car was unlocked. His name was Eddie, he was very friendly and very professional. This is a great service, but I think they need to somehow work on their dispatching system.

Excellent service. Ultra friendly on the phone, tech dispatched immediately. Really great guy when he showed up.... it was late at night , not during normal working hours. No complaints grunts or gripes from the tech, just overwhelmingly happy to help. Had the door popped open in about 5 minutes. Great service, great techs. Will certainly use again if this happens again.

Locked myself out of my car after picking up food. Was scared to call a pop lock service due to cost. Found Lock Pop and was very happy. Quick answering, quick service, and friendly customer service. Pretty positive the negative reviews called somewhere else. Hopefully don't have to lol, but would use again.

I don't know why I'm seeing negative reviews that claim this awesome company doesn't return customer calls.I called three separate times. On two occasions the owner picked up, the third time I called went to voicemail and less than a minute later he returned my call. That right there is stellar customer service.I didn't have to wait, my first available day, the locksmith showed up, on time. He was very friendly. I enjoyed chatting with him while he re-keyed my locks. Admittedly, I don't know the going rates for locksmith services but I think I received one heck of a great deal. I actually thought it would've cost much more than I was charged.Overall, if I could rate their business more than 5 stars I would. I recommend their service & I have their # stored in my phone in case I need them in the future.

This company is awesome! I was out of town and my dogs were being cared for by a dog sitter. Somehow the dogs managed to lock the interior garage door and the dog sitter couldnt get in. Lock Pop & Keys was there in 30 minutes. Amazing!

I called your number and left multiple voicemails last night. Yes it was your number as advertised on your website and mentioned in comments by you in response to similar complaints. You have yet to return my call now 9 hours later. I successfully unlocked my vehicle without you. You are not a 24 hour service and should not advertise as such.

I locked myself out of my apartment while taking my dog for a walk, I called Lock Pop & Keys at 6pm (when all other places are closed) and they had someone here by 6:30. The gentleman that arrived was so friendly and promptly unlocked my door. I should mention, my dog is a pitbull and she can be a little overwhelming when she is hyper and excited, but the technician didnt seem to mind and actually took the time to pet her and accept her kisses, my dog loved him. So thank you so much for being reliable, friendly, prompt and good with dogs. Exceeded my expectations!

This guy is my hero truly saved the day! I called at least ten other places all of them either said they cant copy a broken car key or wanted an insane amount of money just to show up! Him and his wife were super friendly, showed up on time and had a new key made in less then ten minutes! I was able to make it to work on time and the best part is it cost me less then two large pizza normally do :)! I highly recommend

The personal service that I recieved from this gentleman was phenomenal! My daughter was stranded in a very dangerous situation in Pa while I myself was in Florida. This man and his wife stopped everything to get to my daughter as fast as they could so I could get her home. Though I may never meet them, due to the circumstances I will forever be greatful

OUTSTANDING is the only word to describe the help and service that I received from Lock Pop & Keys. I had a very specific and unique problem with my locked BMW and the alarm going off while I was out of state. I had called about 10 other businesses in the surrounding area and no one could help me with my problem. As soon as I called Lock Pop the owner agreed to jump on the task immediately and assured me that no matter what he would get job done. Of course I got a call back a short time later and my big headache of a problem was all taken care of. The greatest part of this experience was dealing with the owner. He handled everything with professionalism, enthusiasm (can't stress this one enough), PASSION, and dedication. I really would like to thank you guys! 5 STARS!!!!

My fiance locked his keys in the car in Harrisburg last night. This company came out to him in 20 minutes. He said that they were very courteous (both the owner that he spoke to on the phone and also the locksmith that came out). Also, my fiance forgot his credit card. They allowed him to call me to get the numbers on the card, and the locksmith was able to process the charge on his mobile device. If you are ever in this bind, we highly recommend this company!

Extremely fast service! From the time I placed the phone call, to the time the car was unlocked, was about 31 minutes. Once he got here, it took him less than 30 seconds to get the car unlocked. All around great to deal with. I highly recommend.
