When my Sentry Safe jammed and I was not able to access important documents I looked online for help. My first call was referred to an alternate number. The owner immediately took my call and said he could be there in 20 to 30 minutes. He wasn't kidding. He told me that he would have to destroy the safe in order to gain access, which was expected. When complete, he cleaned up the debris and took the safe to the curb for trash collection. The price was fair. I would definitely use his service again!

A few weeks ago I contacted Harrisburg Locksmith Service after first speaking with 2 well-known competitors. Both told me that they charged X amount to show up and on top of that time and labor. Of course they could not help me until the next day or after hours which, of course, would cost more. When I called Harrisburg Locksmith Service, a gentleman answered his cell from the top of a ladder and asked if I could call him back in an hour. So, of course, I said 'SURE'. But, to my surprise, before the hour was up, he called me!!! He apologized for having to ask me to wait...can you imagine? I explained my situation and he said, 'I'll be there in 15 min. Can you meet me there by then?'The short story that seems to be a theme in the reviews I've read is that the job was done and done right for less money and promptly by a gentleman who deserves at least 5 stars followed by a bunch of plus signs. I have shared his card with my friends and customers because a guy who is willing to put his face on his card deserves your trust. Use his services! You won't be sorry.

John was able to take our request for service quickly, fixing a number of issues with the hardware, doors, and jams, as well as changing the locks and providing several copies of the new key. We were very impressed with his professionalism and desire to do the job right, even when it was hours past his normally scheduled work day. He was there to fix it the very same day and identified other problems on the deadbolt system and fixed those issues as well right on the spot. I called on Saturday to make an appointment for the following Monday(didn't want to pay a weekend rate). John called later in the day and asked if I was at home. I told him I was, gave him my address and he was here in about 10min!! He asked what I needed done, did it and was out! He charged the regular rate too. He was able to replace parts with pieces that matched very well with the existing hardware, enough so that you cant tell its not original. He was out the same day I talked with him and got the job done quickly and at a great price compared to replacing the set. Saved me a lot of time and headache.
