I was locked out of my car. Serviceman arrived quickly, was very kind, professional and empathetic. He did let me know there was a chance it may not unlock. It did. It was a reasonable fee and I was offered a discount if I wanted to get a spare at some time. Very good experience.

Listen up, the gentlemen from Neffs was LEGIT. This dude (whose name was Brad... a class act) showed up and repaired my Hondas broken ignition ON THE SPOT.Like I was stranded at a gas station yall.He saved me from towing the car to a dealer (and we all know how that would have gone... $$) and basically built me a new ignition cylinder. I didnt even need new keys. Ive never been so happy to hear a car start in my life. The price... BEYOND reasonable, a mere pittance to what I thought I was looking at. I throughly enjoyed my 1 hour encounter with this company. Well done Neffs... well done.(Big ups Brad)Thank you. -Isaac

Brad was very forward and professional from the quote to the trip there and the key being made. And they were actually cheaper then a dealer and done on the spot. He also went out of his way to check everything before he left after the key being made. Ask for Brad next time one of there people comes out.

Bought a blank transponder car key online to replace the one my wife lost. Was able to get it programmed using online instructions and OBDII cable and now only need the key cut. The big box stores were not helpful but Allen at Neff's was very helpful and he was able to get the job done. He even used the code for my original key to make a new one so that it would be more accurate. Very good customer service and would highly recommend them.

I recently bought a used car that came with only one key. The used car dealer recommended that I order the key online (it's a modern key with door buttons, and a transponder) so the dealer wouldn't charge me as much. When I got the key, I looked for a place to make the key. After trying several places (and calling others and never getting calls back), these guys came through. First, they quoted me a price WAY below the competition. Then, when I came in, they did the job, quickly, efficiently, tested on their own key to ensure it would work right before using mine, and were awesome and understanding of my two young girls who were more than a little handsy with the displays. They had amazing, friendly service and the prices beat the pants off any other quotes I got. Customer service goes a long way, and I'd absolutely recommend them.

Can cut just about any key for just about anything. They do keys with chips for vehicles and also sell and program factory style keyless entry remotes. Can rekey most any lock. Very fair prices and knowable people on staff.
