I contacted them for a replacement key for my car. They said they had ordered my key and I would only have to wait a few days (3-5 business days) and that I would receive a phone call. 2 weeks later I still hadn't received a call. I called them and I was told their key guy was not available. After about 3 times on 3 different days of calling and unresponsiveness I stopped.

I called non stop yesterday with a million questions concerning re-keying a bolt lock. Each time I called my questions were answered without hesitation and with lots of patience. I came in today to have them rekey my bolt lock. They made sure I had the correct bolt lock, to do what was needed. And explained why the one I had did not work. They relayed my bolt lock and explained how I would put it into my door. I went home, put the bolt lock in and IT WORKS!! Its not often you find a company with employee's that treat you as if your situation matters and they try to help you and teach you. Wizard did the trick!!! Thank you guys!!!

Super friendly staff. They got me set up with a replacement lock for my Suzuki that would have cost me well over $80 dollars from the factory. I paid less than $20! It required a little bit of modification but it was well worth it!

Called Friday morning and asked if they had an Auto key fob to which I was told 'yes'. I asked about their Saturday hours and if they could program the fob on Saturday. I was told 'absolutely'. Long story short paid for parking, went into the store, and was told 'I can't do that today because I'm by myself'. What a waste of time and money. Extremely disappointed!

I luv this place. I needed to get something for myself.a thing I could be able to tell the difference between all the rest of my keys a little rubber thing. I have big hands so I asked the man good you help me get this gosh darn thing off and put the rubber dohicky on and put it on for me he did and that was so nice and helpful. I used them years before because I locked myself out they came and helped me in a decent time.

I called Wizard at 1pm and asked if they could unlock my door. Jeff said he'd be there in 30 minutes. He arrived in 26 minutes and had the door unlocked in less than 2 minutes, if that. Harry Houdini couldn't have done a better job unlocking the door.

needed a key for an 88 harley. Hardware stores did not have the type blank key needed. Dealership wanted $36 for 2 keys and they would have to order them (1-2 weeks) Wizard had the blanks and made me 2 keys for $4.50 each and said to bring them back if there were any problems. great service , thanks again!

After arriving with a new VW Remote needing the key cut, we were told by Wizard Lock that there was no guarantee it would work since it was not purchased from them. Cutting a key is cutting a key. But it was not done correctly to the point that you could visibly see a difference. Was the goal to have us buy a unit directly from them? It's not difficult to think that was the objective. Since 'no guarantee' we walked away -$35 with a unit that now needs a new blank. Since my husband works for the top body shop in Lancaster, we will make sure that we let those around the industry know what poor service that was given.

Will not go there again customer service was horrible!! I needed a key made for a car that I had code for it already! The owner made me feel like I was a pain in the rear for asking for his help!! He walked around the store for almost an hour huffing and cussing under his breath!! The only saving grace was an employee came in and took over and made it all good
