I took a Stihl product to them for a simple repair. They said it would take about a week. It wasnt completed on time and took over twice as long as they said it would. They got paid for the repair, but Amazon got my money for all the accessories I needed. I wont support local businesses that treat their customers like they dont matter. Take your business elsewhere, and buy all the Stihl consumables from Amazon since they will do what they say they will do and deliver on time.

I have been shopping at Andre's since 1991 when I moved to this area. They have fantastic employees who are not only courteous and friendly, but are also very knowledgeable. They have a great selection of quality products. They stand behind what they sell and are quick to replace anything that is defective. I have been very happy with the plants that I have bought there also. I would have to say that Andre's is my favorite store.
