Had 4 copies of a key made, and none of them worked. It looks like the whole side of the key copied just a hair too short. Disappointing since they are outrageously overpriced, and it took a couple of minutes per key. When I called customer serviceafter I got back to the office and realized the keys didnt workthey were nice & helpful so I am adding a star for that. However, I went elsewhere to get keys cut again, despite having a free promo code for this place.
