They we're called when my front door lock started acting up. They showed up promptly, (He had his assistant with him today.). They got the door fixed (including some other problems that were beginning to develop) with a efficiency that was wonderful to see. Although the final cost was more than I had $$ on hand for (they had to replace a part) they were more than willing to take a check/credit card (ask to verify what they take when you make the appt.) the peace of mind I got that the door is *fixed* is worth the $$ spent. I would absolutely call again.

Mario responded immediately to my request for service. We had lost the key for a very old expensive exhibit case that contained artifacts from our archives. It was important that the glass case & materials not be damaged. He spent over an hour carefully removing the lock from the case (in a space that is kept at 55 degrees to protect our materials). Then he spent the next few hours in his truck creating a key for this unusual lock. I need to mention that the outside temperature was in the high 90s that day. Even though he spent four hours on this project he still charged me the price that he quoted in his email. I cant recommend him enough. On a side note, after spending so long looking at the items in the case, he was interested in learning more about our archives and I wound up giving him a tour. If you want impeccable service call MdM locksmith and request Mario!

Mario is more than a locksmith, he is an artisan and a craftsman. He responded promptly, by text, to my request for pricing, then by telephone, then by arriving at the property the same day. Confronted with a number of aging and failing mortise locks, he methodically took each one apart, diagnosed the problems with them, fabricated internal parts to compensate for wear, adjusted internal components, and returned the locks to their original operating condition. On the spot. He then adjusted the keyways, replacing pins where necessary, so that they were all keyed alike and operating smoothly. And, IMO, at reasonable cost. Exemplary service, would call on him again without hesitation.

5 stars!! Mario is a man with honesty and a locksmith who keep the words. We lost all of car keys and found him on Google. After he came, he was honest with everything: procedures, prices and estimations. He showed us the history of his customers to prove that he charged everyone the same price for his services. After we agreed on the final price, Initially estimated to spend an hour, it took him almost 4 hours to finally setup up the keys due to unexpected car conditions. He just kept the words to finish the job with no additional charge! Thank you Mario!

I could not turn my key in the ignition!! I called MdM Locksmith & 5 other places. First let me say, Mario was the only one that I did not have to wait for a call back. He answered, he gave me a rate that, compared to the other RIDICULOUS rates, was EXCELLENT!! He came at the time he stated, he did the work, he explained everything he did & even gave me tips on, hopefully, how to fix or prevent the same thing from happening in the future. Mario was great! Especially considering it was 96 degrees & he could not turn on the air or put the windows down because the car would not start until he fixed it( took about 30-40mins). Thank you Mario!!!

These guys were GREAT! They were really responsive even on the weekend and worked super hard during a cold snap. They encountered all sorts of obstacles but persevered, and even threw in a free remote and a test key that could get us in the car if we lock ourselves out. If I was rich, I would have given them HUGE tip! Look no further - McM Locksmith is the one you want. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Came relatively fast (40ish minutes) and the man who helped unlock the door was very friendly. However on the website all their price quotes for residential lockouts are very reasonably priced ($39+) so I was very confused as to why our simple door knob lock (no deadbolt) was $150...also on the phone we were told they accept debit/credit cards on site, but failed to mention that it's an additional $25 to use a card. Fine service but we felt that the advertised prices were very misleading.
