I had delayed for many years having two safes opened for which the combinations had been lost. Being home due to Covid-19 I decided it was time to have them opened. I had tried to contact locksmiths several times but had received no reply. I googled safe cracker and AM&PM Locksmith came up. I called and the phone was answered immediately. I explained the situation. Shay asked me to text him pictures of the safes. I did and he replied he would be over at 3 pm. He arrived a few minutes early and went right to work. He worked on my problem safe first. He advised me he would have to return with some additional equipment. He took a look at the other safe and was able to open it quickly. Shay returned two more time times and finally open my floor safe which was rusted shut and had been opened in 20 years. He persevered and promised he would get it open. He drilled and sawed and finally got it. Shay was great and I highly recommend him. His pricing was very reasonable for the work he had to do.

Called for an emergency. i was locked out of my car at 1am. he lied to me multiple times telling me he was on his way or that someone was on the way. i gave up at 2:50am. now im trying to call someone else so i dont get a ticket because of where im parked. waste of time. unprofessional.

Fast, friendly, and efficient. Locked myself out of my apartment while taking out the trash on a Saturday night. It was extremely late. Made the appointment yesterday and got the locks replaced today. The locksmith was running a little late but we talked over the phone. He helped me install the lock and while he was checking the door, he notes that the door handle was not working properly. He tried to fix it but told me to run to Home Depot to get the piece and he will install it. He did an amazing job and he was honest about what I needed. Also, the pricing was fair. Highly recommended!

The guy that showed up deactivated my alarm then I asked him and he said that the alarm was supposed to work back in a few minutes.. like bruh the alarm is not a cell phone that you update and have to wait until it finish updating. In top of that he gave me a different key. I used lock Smith before and I never had this situation

The gentleman provided very professional and prompt service. He was at my car within 20 minutes from the time we got of the phone and I was inside of my car and less than 20 seconds from the time he laid hands on it. And to add a caveat he was the best price out of all the Northeast philadelphia locksmiths that I called. I own a Transportation car service he is officially my go to locksmith from here on out.
