First time ever locking my keys in my car with less than 30 mins to make it into work. Chris came in 3 mins or less to unlock my door for me He truly made a bad experience a lesson learned. He even went out of his and made me a spare key on the spot guys!!! He was very generous with his price and I was still able to make it to work at a decent. Well it all started when I broke my car key in the truck opening, and to my luck I have no spare. So I googled locksmiths in my area and they where number one to pop up. I gave a call explained my problem and they let me know how much it would be. They sent Chris to my house, he was VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. I definitely recommend anyone who call ask for him. Chris verified that I was the owner of the car and got to work, we chatted a little while waiting for the new key to get programmed, the whole time he had a smile and made the whole experience a good one. He went above and beyond I can say with the most certainty that if I ever lose or break a key again I will call for him. Thank you Chris for making everything super easy and simple.

Locked my keys in my car this AM while I was visiting family 90 minutes from home, and the spare set. Googled locksmiths and Pocono Locksmith was very close. They answered my call, a human being even! No voice mail here, at least not at 9:30 this morning! A locksmith responded to my location in less than an hour and had me into my car in less than a minute. VERY fair price, especially for emergency service on a Sunday. No marks or any damage either. Thanks very much. Hopefully I'll never need their services again but it's great to know that Pocono Locksmith is VERY responsive and has a fair price.

I have a cargo carrier that goes on the roof of my car. While preparing to go on vacation I realized I couldn't locate the key to get it open. I was leaving the next day so I needed the key asap. I contacted Pocono Locksmith as my last resort. I received a very quick response. I was told where to locate a number on the container in order to get a key cut. Great service. He came out to try to help me with my side compartments lost keys and my door to my RV. He was able to get me a key for my door and spent thirty minutes researching and contacting a winnebago to resolve this issue. Chris does nice work but hes not great about keeping appointments. We had 2 new garage doors, an entry door and new locks and deadbolts put on 5 doors which took 3 months to finish. He did run into some bad luck with a sick worker and weather but a good chunk was just poor customer service. His work alone is 5 stars all day long but his customer service needs some serious improvement.

What a relief! We have been struggling with an old door lock for years. Long ago, another locksmith had told us it couldn't be fixed and it was expensive and difficult to replace in the door we have. (We like this old door!) Finally, we needed to address the monster and called a few locksmiths. The only one who returned my call was Chris at Pocono Locksmiths. He came, he saw and he fixed!!! He said there was no reason why he couldn't just replace some pins and the lock would work fine. AND IT DOES!!! Looks like I have a new favorite locksmith! :D

After having a 'handyman' replace the deadbolt lock on my front door, I suddenly wasn't able to lock my door!! Pocono Locksmith sent Andrew and in no time at all he correctly installed the deadbolt. He also advised me on how to get the missing latch for the new handle that was part of the set and he will come back and take care of that for me. I needed 2 car keys made after losing my car key at work last week. I was supposed to meet Chris at his office at 12pm today and when I got there, he wasn't there. I rang the bell which automatically calls his cell and he told me he was tied up at a car dealership. I told him I would wait as I had traveled from palmerton to stroudsburg and didn't want to make another trip. When I called him at 12:30, he was still at the dealership so I decided to meet him there in Pen Argyl. I thought he was there on a job but he was actually getting his work van serviced. I was a little annoyed that I had to track him down but I understood that sometimes things happen that are out of our control. I met Chris at the dodge dealership and he was very apologetic and offered me a bottle of water for my inconvenience. I told him that I was not mad at him and he gave me a great deal on my keys. I believe Chris to be an honest and hard working man who values his customers and goes out of his way to make sure they are happy. I would highly recommend Pocono Locksmith and would do business with Chris again in the future.

I spoke with Chris for a non-emergency replacement of 3 residential locks and to replace a missing car key. He came at the agreed upon time the next day. The estimate was accurate and the total price was very reasonable. I will call upon him again for future needs

DISHONEST PRICES.The car lockout service is $69 on the website. They arrived about an hour and a half after I called because I told them I wasnt in a hurry. However my card was charged $150 without my notice, I was just handed the electronic to sign. I was unaware that they upcharged my service and when I clicked on the details on the receipt I was texted, it said express base rate. If you have 24 hour service I do not understand why you would charge literally double the rate than what you wrote on the site. Will not be using this service again unfortunately and I advise everybody who does use it to confirm the prices before calling.

Lost my car key at Great Wolf Lodge PA. Didn't know it was gone until our last day there and was packing to head back to NYC on a sunday. (No dealership was open nearby). Chris came by, make me 2 new keys and programmed the chip in under 1 hour. After hours of panicking and running around trying to figure out how to get my family back to NYC. This Locksmith is so good its almost as if he is making love to your locks. Watching him do what he does best is like pure bliss. Nice start to a visit to downtown Stroudsburg.Called Pocono Locksmith and provided my information.Christopher Ruiz showed up within 15 minutes.He introduced himself and examined the door quickly.Within five minutes he had me back in my car.Christopher Ruiz was fast, efficient, courteous and very friendly in nature.I am super pleased with the company and their locksmith.Very happy to pay the fee.Hopefully I don't have to do this again, but if you need a locksmith for ANYTHING I would highly recommend giving this business your first try.

My only complaint was that he did not arrive at the appointed time. I wanted him there after I closed on the house, even calling him up that I may be late b/c my closing got push back. After I called him and said I'm in the house, he would be there in an hour. About 2.5 hour he arrived...a bit disappointed since I had other things I needed to do. But once Chris arrived, he made the changes and keys. I asked if he does Nest installation, he does but I think he preferred Arlo. I took that recommendation which I am happy with. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

I was on vacation at Great Wolf Lodge with a family. It was time to leave the place when I realized I lost my truck keys. Spare one was at home 4 hours of driving away. I drive HD F-150, so naturally I called closest ford dealership to solve my issue. They forwarded me to Harley Davidson. Figures... Luckily, friend of mine found this contact while I was talking to dealership guys. Person on the phone(Chris) sounded very professional and he said he has no problem with Harley Davidson edition. This was Friday around 2pm. He was on site in about 40 min. Took him about 15 min and my spare key at they house would still work. At the end, he charged me $225 for everything. I was speechless. No towing, no hustling around, no endless phone calls. Chris, if you reading this, thank you so much for your help today, you've been God sent! Super fast, super convenient, very professional. After calling numerous locksmiths, thankfully I found Pocono Locksmith in Stroudsburg. Andrew came a distance and in terrible weather on an icy road and did a fantastic job.
