We just hired this company to install an additional deadbolt to our door. Leo took his time (1 hour!) and fully explained all of the different options. The installation was quick and the lock looks nicer than I expected and seems very sturdy! Were very happy with the quality of the workmanship and the lock itself! Leo was polite and explained how the lock works (in addition to giving us the owners manual). I would recommend this company and would use them again!

These ppl are good!!! I called them early morning last minute and the Leo came right out within 20mins and it took about 5-10min to remake a key! I would recommend their services or at least give them a call before going to someone else. Price and service was right on time

After locking my keys in my truck which is something that has never happened to me before in any vehicle, I was desperate to getting a locksmith to immediately come over and unlock the door for me and was amazed at just how honest the people at Locksmith Philly can be, where I was being over charged in many other places simply because of it being a commercial truck vehicle the kind gentlemen over at locksmith philly was able to stay firm at a set price that I could work with since before arriving which set a huge relief for me, and after arriving the gentlemen managed to get my door unlocked in just under 30 seconds, that was an amazing experienced not to mention just how friendly and informative they are, I will definitely be using their services if I ever find myself locked out again.

Customer service is the Best!! We have a very unusual lock and unusually long keys. We have had keys made from everywhere for our house and they just spin and spin in the door. Leo came to our house to take a look and manually filed down a key to the correct size so it would work in our lock. He came quickly and was extremely helpful! 5 stars!
