25-30 arrival. Initially quoted $15 visit fee +$35 expected quote to open bottom lock with lockwedge. Tech arrived and made it sound overcomplicated then quoted $185+$15. Negotiated to $80+$15, ended up giving $100 in cash because no change. Took 30 secs to open. Didnt appreciate the negotiation strategy, but needed to access apartment and would likely hire again if needed because of speed of reply/etc..

Had an issue with a lock, needed it opened. Called and spoke to the dispatcher. Was quoted a price. Despite the lock being exactly what was described over the phone, I was gouged for 5x the cost frame discussed. Beware of pricing.

Ali was great! He arrived quickly and I was in my door in under 10 minutes. He used a pump key and my door was not damaged. And the price was very fair. I highly recommend that you use Ali!

I dont often leave reviews - I do feel, however, that these guys deserve it!I decided to take a road trip back to my hometown in Philly. I left my car parked in old city after a night of drinking and realized the next morning that my car battery was dead.I called these guys and and mike was able to unlock my car. To my surprise, I had a locksmith unlock my car before and it resulted with some door damage... Mike was my guy and no damage was left on my car. These guys are certainly worth more than their rates!! Worth every dollar!! Thanks man!

Ive known Mikey for years and weve always been great friends. The actuator on my car broke and I couldnt get in my car. Did I mention that my battery in the key fob was dead and the screw was stripped? I didnt know how I was gona get in my car to go pick my daughters up. I remembered Mikey was a locksmith so I called. He asked where I was, I told him and he showed up about a half to 45 minutes later. A little while working on the door and boom it was open but I eventually had to change the actuator. But thanks to Mikey at South Philadelphia Locksmith everything worked out. Thanks Mikey

My experience with these guys where amazing I had got locked out of my car and gave them a call and not only where they quick to answer the phone but got to me a very proficient time frame like it was literally about 10 mins and boom they where there unlocking my car and the best part is they didnt even leave a mark on my door it was quick and very affordable definitely will keep this contact in my phone and recommend to others

Not good. I called them to fix an electronic keypad lock, was not quoted beforehand. They took the lock apart, put it back together and it started working again. They charged me $165 +$15 service charge for this!!!!
