I've needed a locksmith for lockout services twice:The first time was a few months ago, on a Friday during standard business hours. The guy from Jordan Locksmith really struggled with my door, eventually had to cut a key onsite to get in, must have taken him about 20-25 minutes of work to get into my place. Mentioned that the length of time was because I had bought really good quality locks. Ok, cool. Didn't think much about it.Earlier today (a Saturday, around 5pm) I called Jordan Locksmith twice after locking myself out of my house again. (Yeah, I'm unfortunately a massive space case...) Their online presence suggests that they offer 24 hour emergency lockout services, but it went to voicemail both times. I left a message the second time with my contact info. After sitting around waiting for a while, I called a place in Myrtle to send someone up to Conway (just a few blocks past their usual service area no less) to let me in. I warned the guy about how difficult my door had been to the last locksmith from Jordan, but he then proceeded to get me in in under 2 minutes. In the very short time that I spoke to the locksmith from the other company, he mentioned that he's had to come to Conway numerous times on off hours because a client couldn't get a hold of a local locksmith. *Several* hours have now elapsed, with not even a sign of Jordan Locksmith trying to call back to check on my lockout request from the voicemail. If you guys aren't going to actually offer 24 hour services, please don't advertise that you are a 24 hour business. I'm really glad I looked for another company rather than sitting around waiting!

Quick, quality service and so kind too! I had an issue with a lock after 5pm, and I couldnt find anyone in the area that could respond after hours. Bruce and his wife helped me solve the issue quickly, and I so appreciate their kindness and the fact that they care! Call Jordans Locksmith if you need help with a lock!
