Have been shopping here since they opened the store. The service has always been exceptional and friendly. Their prices are competitive for a local hardware store, not comparing to the big box hardware stores. If you are looking for a local Conway merchant then this is the place where you will find excellent and cordial help finding what you need. We love shopping here because they carry much more than hardware. They have some unique merchandise from garden supplies to bird feeding. You cant miss with True Value!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Convience with a fair price. During Hurricane Florence and the eventual flooding that followed, in September 2018, True Value was there during preparation and I the aftermath to make sure that our community had everything that was needed to take care of their homes and families. When supplies couldnt be delivered to the store, Walkers True Value, sent his own truck out to pick up shipments of generators and chainsaws from the manufactures...now thats Service!! Terry Walker and his team at Walkers True Value, are the best!!

This is a friendly and well stocked small town hardware store. Always someone there to help you find what your looking for. Great propane pricing also. Paint selection, hardware, plumbing, they got it all covered. I love there paint also especially the buy one get one sales.

Great store with amazing inventory. However, one area of concern. The price marked on the shelf may be different at check out and they will not honor the price marked on the shelf even though the UPC code on the product matches the shelf coding. When this happened to me I simply returned the product to the shelf but felt an obligation to warn others. Don't pay for their inability to maintain a synchronized inventory pricing system.

There was a mistake made on my bank card involving a returned purchase I made that ended up over drawing my bank account. I called and spoke with the owner of the store and not only did he resolve the issue with in 5 minutes over the phone! He went above and beyond to see that my account was fixed and paid my over draft fee with out being asked! This true value has made a lifetime shopped out of me! Bought the wrong tool yesterday and unfortunately lost the receipt! Went in today to return the unused, unopened tool and was given no help. Even tho the gentleman that sold the tool to me the day befor was standing there the rude woman said that due to issues of theft she couldn't help me without a receipt. Overpriced on 99% of their products! I will not be returning to that store ever!
