Our front door deadbolt was stuck in the lock position and I was unable to get the door unlocked. I called ASAP Locksmith and within 30 minutes Bill arrived at my home. He was great and had a passion for what he does. Not only did he replace the lock he improved how the lock worked. Bill is wonderful. He is always less than 20 minutes. Very personable! He is the best in town! Highly recommend! The fact he shows up super fast not only is that the main reason to give asap a try, but he Also has multiple services available! Give him a call if you ever need a locksmith, door lock installed(within an hour!) I back him 100%!!! There is no better locksmith than Bill at ASAP Locksmith in upstate SC. In my 16 years of business, this is only the second time I've ever met a professional and knowledgeable locksmith, and the other one is in Charlotte, NC. If he tells you he can do, he means it. If he tells you a price, he means it. If he tells you he'll be there at a specific time, he means it. To the point, friendly, honest, and fair. No puffing, no BS. Just good honest work. I had a difficult situation and he helped me out within 24 hours and he was able to save my equipment without destroying it like others have done in the past. I've never even met him, everything was done over the phone. I entrusted him with access to sensitive equipment and I've never been more pleased. Don't waste your time and money with a budget company. Call Bill the first time and it will be the only call you have time make. Trust me, don't make the same mistake I made in the past. I had a unique situation with two of my door locks and Kurt and Bill both worked tirelessly to find parts for the existing locks. I did end up having to purchase new door hardware and then Kurt came back to install them. They only charged one trip charge for three trips to my home and the price to install and rekey the locks was very reasonable. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

Bill came out to change the locks on our new house, the same day I called him. He is very pleasant and walked me through his process and even fixed an upside down lock! When the top lock was rubbing against the latch, he went the extra mile to smooth it out to prevent future issues. He even gave helpful recommendations on our older door.
