It is a clean and pleasant city. It is full of courteous and polite people. There is any type of food you could ever want to eat. There is an almost endless array of activities and things to see and do in Greenvulle. Biking and hiking to leisurely strolls in the many many parks in the city. When you leave the city Greenville County is as exciting and has as much to see and do as the city. This is my favorite place in the whole world for me to visit.

Brian did a quick repair on a 39 year old lock set for the shop. He came out right away and had the parts to fix it. I didn't have to sleep on the dirty floor mat that night!!!

I very rarely leave reviews, and I have never left a bad one because I know sometimes businesses and people have bad days. However, I made an exception today. Earlier this morning I called Carolina Locksmith to inquire about a re-keying of my entryway door. A gentlemen answered the phone and as I started to explain my needs he immediately said it cant be done if XYZ. I said that I would try XYZ right then, he hung up on me. I gave him the benefit of the doubt after a few minutes thinking maybe it couldve just been an accidental disconnection. The same gentlemen answered and I said that I had just called and I thought we either got disconnected or he hung up on me. No response. I then proceeded to tell him the answer to the question from earlier and he quickly said that the couldnt help me with what I needed. I said ok and thanked him even though he did not actually listen to me and seemed like he was bothered to be on the phone. I was trying to be polite. He said nothing in response and hung up abruptly. I then called another locksmith in the area, not only was the other locksmith polite and kind, but he actually listened to my question and was able to help me. It was something that could be done after all. Go figure. I guess Carolina Locksmith does not need customers to stay in business since they are so quick to turn them away. Also, even if they couldnt (or didnt want to) help me, a little politeness goes a long way. And may have kept this review from being written. Bless their hearts.

I had another company come out to make a replacement key for a vehicle. It took the other company 2.5 hours of trying to make a key before giving up and telling me there was something wrong with the vehicle. I called Carolina Locksmiths, they came out and were able to get 3 new keys programmed and the the vehicle running in less than 6 minutes. Very happy with their knowledge and speed of service. Came by to get a new shop key and car key cut. Not only was I met with great customer service, I was educated on the type of keys they were and how hard they can be to program. With the solutions I was given, not only am I getting all my keys done here from now on, I'm going to refer all of our customers to this establishment. I'd give a 10 star rating if I could!

Don't listen to the other reviewers! This is a self come service, the owner does not travel to you to duplicate a key. Duh. This guy has been cutting/programming keys for 30+ years, he cut and programmed my key for my Lexus for $40 bucks what a deal! Lexus dealership quoted me $600+ and other locksmiths quoted me $120+. I was overly satisfied, I highly recommend this business for automotive key copying/transponder programming to your car.

Very rude, our business needed a lock repaired before the close of business so I priced around - when I contacted this locksmith to get a quote he told me that it was too small of a job for him to care to drive to the other side of town (5-8 miles maximum btw), and said 'I'm not interested' and then hung up on me. I would not recommend them to anyone else - there was a time when people actually cared about customer service.
