I purchased a 2012 Buick Regal and the key fell apart the FIRST day I had it . It wouldnt start the car and I myself have never had such a key so I had no idea what I was doing. Me and my daughter were stuck at home. I called on-site and they were here within the hour! They cared about my needs and it took them less than 30 minutes to get my car started. I called Onsite Locksmith and they were on the scene within 15 minutes. My husband had got a ride home to find a spare key with no luck- so we called Onsite Locksmith and they beat us back to the car. Upon our request they left the key where we could find it and then called back to make sure we found the key and retrieved the car. Its not often that you find exceptional service, in any industry. I was very pleased with the service we received and highly recommend them.

I was locked out of my apartment at 8:30pm and they do not do after hours lock outs through maintenance. I had a chicken burning in the oven. I called 4 other locksmith services in Spartanburg and no one would come help me. One even had me wait one hour then called me back and canceled on me. Onsite came and it was a very difficult lock to get into but he did not give up. Not only was he the only locksmith in Spartanburg who would come out at 10pm at night, he was also reasonably priced for the time and effort required to do the job. I wouldn't waste my time calling anyone else but onsite for a true emergency 24/7 service.

I broke my kia Sedona key and several places , couldnt duplicate it or was over priced but on site had me covered, and for less than the other guys, they even came out of their usual service area to help me, and even came 2 hours out of the way to make sure I was satisfied, brad and I think brian is the others name went above and beyond what I ever expected, I highly recommend these guys to any and everyone, they got you covered I hope I dont need them again but if I do they will be my first call.

These are some of the sweetest people Ive ever met! Was having an awful day and to make it worse I locked my keys in my car. Successfully made a key for my van today. Only 4 hours after the time we were told to show up, with no follow ups or estimated times of arrival. Took him 20 minutes to change the key and then he wanted more money than originally quoted over the phone. If you value your time maybe look somewhere else. Spent 6 hours of my day off sleeping in a car waiting with no idea when I would hear from this company.

It was cold as heck and I were in my 2019 Freightliner at the truck stop when I locked myself out the truck. So reluctant to call anyone cuz they sell a lockout kit inside, but I didnt want to buy that kit and still have to call someone afterwards. This company was the only company about to get me a new key for my Kia sportage2012. They were the ONLY ones that said they could have me driving on the same day for a good price too !! I work weekends so it's hard for me to get in touch with someone who can help me Everyone else told me monday or tuesday and some say I'd have to get my car towed . But when ON SITE came they even had a few issues but continued and did not leave until my new key was made and working .Thank you soo much!!

I was stood up by another company, who was going to charge me $95, because I had a BMW with three point system. Luckily, they never showed, so I reached out to Onsite. Mr. Hall came to my house around 915 PM on a Sunday (dedicated!) and fixed the problem in about 10 minutes. Excellent price (no extra charge because of my car make) and reliable service. Plus, we had a nice chat afterwards, and he offered some very kind words. His wife even called to make sure that I cancelled with the other company, so I wouldn't pay extra. Very sweet and caring company. I would highly recommend their service. Thank you!

My mom locked her keys in her car on a Sunday afternoon around 1pm- just as she was about to start her 3 hour trip home. We gave this place a call and someone picked up immediately. Within 20 minutes, the locksmith was at my house and just a few minutes later my mom was holding her keys! She was especially impressed that it is a flat fee no matter when you call- we were expecting to be charged more because it was a weekend, but nope! I would definitely use them again!
