I called and they answered pretty quickly. The owner Robbie had his employee Steve contact me back fairly quickly to find out what I needed. I had to take another call and asked him if I could call him back. I tried one more time to fix what I was trying to do and ended up able to do it myself, not needing them to come out but responsiveness and ease of contact will keep them at the top of my list of people to call when I need someone.

Initially called at 8:30pm locked out of my apartment that does not do after hours lock outs through maintenance. They told me they would come. I waited one hour and they called back and canceled on me. They said there was no way they would be able to come not now and not all night....therefore they do not do 24/7 emergency service and they are not there when you need them as stated. My apartment is in Spartanburg yet I was told by the person who called me back that he was all the way over in Greenville at some community center working. Didn't even say it will be another hour or so, just sorry won't be able to come at all. This had me trying to call other services at 10pm at night. Horrible experience.

The Reality In Realty

Steve Masters saved the day when I was locked out of my home (with the oven on!!). I called the company and he was on his way right away. He was quick to figure out how to get in and got me inside of my home. He also took the time to explain other issues with locks, what I can change for safety, etc. Ill definitely reach out to Steve if I have any other locksmith needs in the future, and I also plan to recommend him to all of my clients for when they move into their homes to call him to change their locks! Thanks again Steve!

DO NOT USE. they locked my cars computer system down and then left. I called the next day to have them come fix it and the dispatcher kept telling me the locksmith said he was coming. After waiting three hours with my 1 and 2 year old in the car I called and the dispatcher told me the locksmith always does this and my best bet was to just go on home. I now am having to get my car towed to the dealership to have the computer system taken out of theft mode.

Called, and was told a technician would call me soon to come unlock a vehicle. An hour went by and never heard from the technician. Called the number back and the person answering the phone acted all confused and told me he had call the job in, and the technician should have called me. He didnt offer to contact the technician himself, just mumbled about not understanding where his technician was. I finally asked if I should call another company and the guy says yeah why dont you call someone else. Didnt even try to explain why I waited an hour with no contact, simply told me to call someone else. Didnt try to save my business at all. Who runs a business like this? Such a bizarre encounter and a huge waste of time. Call someone else.

Locked out of my car on a Sunday. Called another '24 hour' company, but no response, so I called these guys. They said they'd come out and assist. An hour passed and still no one showed up, so I called back. The head guy said he forgot to put in an order with one of his workers, but he put it in this time. Finally, I spoke to someone, who scheduled to come out in 45 minutes. He then called back to say that someone else would be coming instead. I called back again, twice, but received no answer. No one ever came. This went on for 3 hours. Luckily, I was home and safe. I contacted another company, who came out in 15 minutes and didn't overcharge because of my car's lock system.

Steve did a great job getting me back in my house. The front glass door was locked from the inside and I did not have a key for it. This was a very difficult lock and he had to take apart the whole lock system. He was patient, knowledgable and genuinely cared. It took him quite a while because the lock was very complicated, but he never rushed or got frustrated. He was very kind and has excellent customer service skills. I really appreciate him! My advice to several of these 24 hour Locksmiths, is to not market yourselves as a 24 hour business when you know good and well if you receive a call at midnight for service and you as the technician is somewhere sleep, nowhere to be found or out of the area in which you serve. Pathetic

We are a medical practice who has been having issues with our door. I called a competitor in the area and had to leave a message last Thursday in which I never heard back as of today the following Wed. I called Spartanburg lock smith. They answered and said someone would call me when they would be out T O D A Y. No more than 10 minutes later I received a call from the tech and he said his ETA was 45 minutes. He made it to our office in less than 45 minutes and had the door repaired quickly! Would recommend this company and will use them in the future.

For me there's not enough hours in the day due to running my own business and being a single father so every minute counts and after Misplacing my truck key and looking for as long as I could without losing my mind I called these guys and not only were they the best priced but the most polite and most efficient of everyone I talked to and I would never do business with anyone else as long as they're still in business! Trust me if you need a locksmith call these guys!!!

Called them to come get into my bike because I thought I had locked the key under the seat. They had a locksmith on the way in just a couple minutes, but turns out I just misplaced the key so canceled. Very helpful and quick to get service out, my experience was great even though I didn't even up getting service.

They don't actually come out themselves they sent another company by the name ACME which is racist to Blacks... DO NOT PAID THEM MONEY UNLESS YOU KEY WORKS!!!! They don't like refunding. I myself had to have the police get involved... call some other locksmith trust me if it wasn't so bad I wouldn't wasted my time writing to warn you. DON'T LET THE 5 STARS FOOL YOU LIKE IT DID ME!!!!!!!!!

This company is the best I locked my keys in my car at work the price was only 45.00 wow great pricing right very quick an clean no marks on doors at all but guess what tops it off later the same night I locked my keys in my car again shame on me right smh I called them back with only 27.00 dollars to my name they didnt hesitate to come back out to help me Im so thankful for this company thank you so much they are truly the best

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible service. The owner answers the phone, promises you that someone will be out to your location within 20-25 minutes. When his technician didn't arrive during that time frame I called the owner back, he was extremely rude, didn't provide me with an updated arrival time, then hung up the phone on me. I tried calling back and he had blocked my number. Don't waste your time or money with this company.Beware he also owns Greenville Locksmith!!
