THIS COMPANY IS THE EPITOME OF DISCRIMINATION AND RACISM, I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. Last night on 5/14/20, my boyfriend and I locked ourselves out of our apartment and we called to have them unlock the door for us with the understanding that all we needed to pay was $80 and have our IDs to verify our identity. When we called we both (my boyfriend and myself) spoke with the owner and he agreed to have someone come out to us. After waiting approximately 45 minutes the locksmith showed up as I was sitting on the porch of my apartment my boyfriend had left to go get cash to pay him so he was still in the car when the locksmith showed up. When the locksmith exits the car he asked if I was the one who called and I reassured him that in fact I did call and my boyfriend being the protective guy that he is gets out of the car just to make sure everything went smoothly. My boyfriend greets the locksmith and walks to me on the porch and all of a sudden the locksmith turned around gets back in his car (which there was another person with him in the car).and drives away. So were in utter shock and confusion as to why he left so we call back and ask what happened the guy then tells us that the two guys who showed up were his sons and he IMMEDIATELY accused us of harassing them and making them feel unsafe. Mind you we have done business with this company prior to this incident and it went fine. This time he threatened to called the authorities on us due those accusations. I will not recommend this company to anyone, especially not melanin people.

Great service! Called and Todd met me in about an hour got 2 new car keys cut and programmed. He was extremely diligent and went back over a key 2 extra passes to ensure everything worked! Highly recommend Todd!
