I was running late for work because my 03 GTI wouldn't start. I wasn't sure if it was mechanical or had something to do with the security. Josh (WRG Locksmith) immediately knew what was wrong with my car and it took no time at all before I was on the road again. He even lasercut me a new key when nobody else would, not even the dealer. Best locksmith and mechanic hands down.

Even when he hit a momentary snag and were stuck in the sun due to the nature of the situation he offered a seat in his Air Conditioned vehicle while we waited. Great consideration for his customers.
