Will came out to our house that we recently moved into to rekey the locks. He was efficient and professional with very reasonable rates. I moved from the Franklin area to Hermitage and prefer to use local businesses from Franklin/Brentwood when I can. Will drove all the way out to Hermitage to rekey our locks and did a great job. We are very appreciative.

I was locked out of my daughter's car 65 miles from home and they told me a flat rate and showed up when they said they would. And they drive vehicles that are decorated with the company information and license numbers. Don't trust the unmarked vehicles, chances are they aren't licensed and double the price of Access. They'll unlock your vehicle, grab the keys and charge more than quoted. They're bullies and breaking and entering, because so many are claiming to be locksmiths, making it difficult for the licensed locksmiths, like ACCESS. If I'm ever locked out again, I'll turn to Access again, no doubt!

Access Lock and Key came to the rescue! My door knob latch came loose, and the door was sticking shut repeatedly. As it was my only home entrance, it made me uneasy. Will came out super quick and fixed it within minutes. He didn't try and fix more than was needed, and did a great job... also fixing 2 other projects when I was there. One was fixing a key lock for a 1920s home. I never asked because I didn't think it could be done. Access Lock and Key is affordable, fast, nice, and flexible!

Mr. Lanier was just awesome, he truly provided a first class service experience. We had a scenario were an interior door in our home all of a sudden would not open given the steel drive had worn down and broke. Not only was Will prompt and knowledgeable but more importantly treated our door as if it was his own. He even fixed the drive with a spare he had in his vehicle. I locked my keys in my car while running a food delivery. When I called it was raining, and I was distressed. The person I spoke to on the phone was very impatient. He couldnt hear me very well, so I brushed it off at first. But he had no idea where my address was (I had no way to know since this was not my home.) I was also trying to converse with the residents of the home as I was blocking their driveway, and asked if I could call back in just a moment, in hopes he could hear me better. One deep sigh and grumbled fine from him and that was the complete loss of my business. It was extremely unprofessional. Ended up getting roadside assistance.

Last night I locked myself out of my house, and Will from Access Lock & Key was so helpful and quick in getting me back in. I had called another locksmith service before Access, which was a total waste of time and resulted in waiting outside in the cold for over an hour with the locksmith being unable to pick the lock (he even tried to use his credit card!). He said I would have to get it drilled. I called Access and Will was very informative, helped me determine that the previous locksmith was likely unlicensed, and that it was very unlikely the lock would have to be drilled. I called him on a Saturday night at 8pm and he got to my house in 20 minutes and had the lock open in less than 5. I wont ever waste time with anyone else again. Highly recommend!

Will is SO GREAT! I called from a medical practice in Brentwood needing access to a treatment room ASAP. He not only answered the phone right away (no voicemail or automated service), but also arrived at our location within 20 minutes. He had the door open and unlocked with ZERO damage to the door, knob, or locking mechanism in less than 5 minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you're ever in a bind!

Just purchased my new home and wanted all the locks changed. I called Access Lock and Key and spoke to Will. He had a cancellation so he was able to work me in later that day - he was on time and taught me something new about generic keys that builders use which makes it easy to break in - after 4 years, the original locks were still there. Will rekeyed and made the locks hard to duplicate to make my home safer!! Most definitely recommend Will and Access Lock and Key!!

Amazing service! This was a home lockout. I tried another company with a call center. 40 minutes they say. One hour later ... 40 more minutes they say. So i call Access Lock and Key ... 20 minutes they say ... 15 minutes later they are here and 5 minutes later I'm in my house. Not to mention price was better than the other company. Please learn from my mistake and call Access Lock and key first!
