Absolutely Amazing! Traditional mobile key services are sketchy at best (come see my key grinder in the trunk of my 02 Corolla). HOWEVER, this is not one of those. The Sprinter van he uses is immaculate inside, very well organized, and has almost every tool youd ever need to make keys. The service was phenomenal (text friendly, which is always a plus with the amount of meetings Im in) and very timely. Can not recommend this company enough.

Kevin was awesome. After he came to unlock and program a new car key remote for me, I somehow found myself with the new keys locked in the vehicle. He returned the next day and unlocked my car again and didnt charge me a second time for coming back out. I thought that was very costumer friendly and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Great experience! Completely different approach from Affordable Locksmith (see other review) and half the price. Kevin was courteous and informative over the phone; he agreed to attempt to code and cut car keys purchased online, although he advised that they don't work sometimes and could sell replacements if needed. He arrived promptly the next day and completed the job for the spare keys for two cars within 15 minutes. I will use this company for my locksmith needs going forward and would highly recommend them. This is they way service oriented businesses should be run.

Really impressed! Called Saturday morning to get my front door looked at. It is an iron door (didnt know if that made the repair more difficult) and the latch and handle no longer worked. Kevin let me know he could fit me in within the next few hours (awesome!). He showed up quickly and the latch replacement was super quick and done well. I also asked Kevin to look at an interior door that was no longer closing and locking properly. He had that fixed within 5-10 minutes. Full disclosure, I spent at least 20-30 minutes looking at the same door with a flashlight and could not figure it out. Had a great customer experience and the price of the two repairs was really reasonable. I took a card for future issues. Thank you for the great job .

A few days ago, during the ice and snow, my wife started our vehicle and before she could unlock the rest of the doors our daughter hit the lock button and slammed the door. No kids were in the car, however the vehicle was now running with the keys locked inside. It was 5:30PM and i immediately called another popular Lock service. After almost 2 hours of waiting I gave up on that service and called Bobby over at Cool Springs Lock and Key. The call was answered right away and Bobby met me at my vehicle in less than 20 minutes. Had my vehicle open in less than 5 minutes. Unbelievable service and incredibly kind to work with. I recommend these guys for any of your lock or key needs. My daughter's key fob completely fell apart so I contacted Cool Springs Lock and Key. Kevin was prompt to answer the phone and came directly to Nelson Mazda Cool Springs where I work. He could have sold me a brand new fob which would have cost me $285 but instead made me the key instead with a piece that works just as good as the expensive fob but cost me only $65!!! Great Experience!Another locksmith no-call, no-showed today for a 10:00 AM appointment. I called Cool Springs Lock & Key, and they came to the rescue. An hour later they met me and performed the work I needed done.Their price was reasonable, they were fast, and I got exactly the service I asked for. Their technician was friendly, and just got right to work. A few minutes later I was all set.Once he was done, I asked if he minded if I tested my keys and locks, and he had no objection. On a day when everything was going wrong, Cool Springs Lock & Key got it right! I had run out for a quick lunch and ended up locking my keys in my car before I got the chance to head back to work. I felt panicked, but quickly remembered my mother-in-law recommending Cool Springs Lock & Key to someone else recently. I decided to give them a try and the service I received was exceptional! They were at my car within 10 minutes, and had my car opened within 2! That's no exaggeration! The method that they use causes much less damage to the car than the usual 'coat-hanger-hook-and-hope'. The man who assisted me was very pleasant as well. He was even able to take my credit card as payment right there. Very convenient service overall! While I hope I don't have to, I wouldn't hesitate to turn to them again!

WOW!!! This company customer service is on point. Infiniti of Cool Springs recommended them to me & I see why. Professional and excellent service. I cannot remember the guy name I spoke with, but he setup an appointment with me the same day I called, but unfortunately had to reschedule due to a scheduling conflict. He rescheduled the very next morning & showed up right on time & took care in getting my keys replaced @ a reasonable price. Will definitely recommend and use them again if needed.

I met with Kevin Lawson and he deals with the automotive keys within the business. I had to have two Kia Rio keys cut. He charged me 50 for both. Included service charge and key cutting service. He was friendly and was right on time. It took very little time to actually cut the keys and they both work. Excellent person and excellent company.
