Wow amazing! I called them at 11:03 am on a Saturday morning and by 11:22 am they were here and had gotten into my car!! I spent more time worrying about it and looking up how-to videos on YouTube then the time it took them to get here and get into my car! Lesson learned! Highly recommend!

I am in Chattanooga helping out another store for the company I work for (Buddy's Home Furnishings.) We unexpectedly needed the services of a locksmith in the area. The driver didn't have cash on him so I was concerned that a locksmith wouldn't be able to help us out. I was pleasantly surprised when the owner WAS able to get someone on site with my driver VERY quickly and was fine with me running the money to him after the store closed. GREAT company with HONEST leadership!!! Can't recommend these folks enough!!

We are a European auto repair shop and needed assistance with a customers Jaguar key. This young man came out to help and could have charged her a lot more and done what the lock guys claimed had to be done but instead he did the right thing and kept it simple and kept the cost down for our customer. My grandson lost my daughters keys to her van that had a chip in it (very high priced key) an I reached out to a friend an he made a phone call/text to Terry he was at the race track an still took the time to talk I had called Rick lock an key before reaching out an the price was crazy high. Well, to make a long story short my sweet friend got back in touch with me an said Terry will come to your house an help you an your daughter out (mind you this is Saturday night) so, around 11:00ish Terry called an said he was in my Drive way an from the time I met this man I knew I was dealing with 100% professionalism an Heart of gold.
