Recently moved into an older home and was given one key for for the 10 doors around the house. That one key only opened 2 of the doors, so there was quite a bit of work. I reached out through their website and got a response very quickly and set up an appointment. Dave was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything he needed to do and offered suggestions to better secure the home. He got me a quote a few days later and then we scheduled an appointment for the work. He was here for a few hours and had me check all the doors as he finished to make sure they were all working correctly. Very nice guy and hard worker. Would recommend Lock Guys to anyone needing lock service.

I stopped in to check out an offer of free house keys and I was greeted like family. I remembered that I needed another key for my car, and they took care of it. The guys were knowledgeable, professional, personable and fast! It was a truly a refreshing experience! If you need keys, remotes, rekeying or anything having to do with any kind of key or automobile entry see them (before you go back to the dealership)! You will NOT regret it!

Dave was very professional, extremely knowledgable and clearly knows his stuff inside and out. With this company and Dave, you get A LOT more than what you pay for. Not near as expensive as the most well known locksmith in the area(Rhymes with Slick's) , more knowledge and savvy than another pretty well known locksmith company. They are just downright unbeatable pricing on first rate quality work- Even new car dealerships prefer their expertise and pricing for replacement keys and key fobs that need programming, if that says something to ya.... It only took Dave a few minutes to research and make the key(without having a key available to copy the tooth pattern from) and program it. He had me use the key twice after he programmed and tried it, to triple check it would still work after he tested it before even going to write up the bill. I absolutely am planning on purchasing another spare key AND have them program a replacement key fob in a few weeks. THIS company exclusively has earned my business whenever I need locksmithing work done in the future. No need to Google or ask around for a good and affordable locksmith, no hesitation or 2nd thoughts at all about The Lock Guys of Chattanooga.

I needed 2 KEY FOBs which REQUIRED to be programmed for my 2014 Town and Country Chrysler for my wife and I. We purchased the van at the dealership with one remote but we had lost it. I called the dealership and was going to charge me over $350 for 2 Remotes and Programming Fees.I called locksmiths in the area and many did not have the specialty tools to perform the work but, THE LOCK GUYS of CHATTANOOGA DID.I found Dave on google, gave him a call, we set up a time and place, and Dave met me at MY location!!!! When Dave came out, he was done in less than 10 minutes!!! After he programmed the remotes he tested to ensure both remotes and buttons had worked. He saved me ALOT of money...Thanks Dave!I highly recommend The Lock Guys of Chattanooga.

Dave came to my house in a very short time. I was out on business, so my wife got to meet Dave. Dave was able to make me a new key in less than 30 minutes. My wife said he was very professional and know his stuff. Also he was the best price. I called around just to see. Rick's lock and key was over $125 more and could not get out until the nextday. Called one company first and they quoted me 35 min. A few minutes later they called me and said it would actually be an hour and a half. So I call the Lock Guys and they say it would be 15-20 minutes. Sure enough a guy showed up in 15 min and got inside the lock in less than 5 min! He was very professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend again. But lets hope I dont need to use them again. If you know what I mean.

I live in Florida and was in Chatanooga training for a new job. I had a wicked intense Tequila night and lost my car keys one day before I had to drive 7 hours back down to my new jobs actual location. Got in contact with these guys and had the best experience ever. I was annoyingly in a low parking garage and the guy who I think was named Damien couldn't drive up into the garage because his van was too tall. He was amazing and parked on the side of the street downtown and ran back up and down the levels of this garage to cut me a new key and he was pleasant as could be. It wasn't insanely cheap but it was way cheaper than all my options and I'd pay that price all day to receive the level of service and efficiency I received. Thanks alot you guys.xoxo

Some of the keys to my rental were sticking in the lock, so I called the Lock Guys to see if they would take a look at the lock if I brought it in. They had just moved to their new location on Ringgold Road and werent officially open yet, but the owner agreed to meet me there at my convenience. He immediately recognized the problem and cut me two new keys, which work perfectly in the lock. And - he didnt charge me! Who does that? I will definitely use The Lock Guys if I ever need lock or key service in the future. Professional service and generally nice people.

I was saved by the lock guys! Dave came out within 15 minutes to Hamilton place. I have always had a after market key for my van that couldn't remotely unlock and lock the doors and it's been a pain. Dave was able to confirm that keyless entry was possible and upgrade me on the spot with a factory ford key!!!! For less than the dealer!! Thanks to Dave for all your patience and help. After losing the key to my older Volvo I truly questioned if it was worth the expense and time in trying to get a replacement key made - because this was the only key it required the vehicle to be towed, this only added to the decision and expense verses the value of the car. After many calls to Dave I finally had it towed to The Lock Guys today and it was truly a pleasant experience- Dave was incredibly helpful and handled making me two new keys with the chips and programmed them both in about a 30 minute time frame - for a very fair price.... I was given 2 keys for the price of 1 from the dealership. And once I was back in Miss Faithful Volvo I was glad of the decision to have her new keys made and keep her going.Thanks again Dave

Lost the keys to my '15 Fiesta and was told by AAA it would be $300+ to get a new key cut and programmed. Found a local locksmith who cut 3 keys for me, couldn't program them and charged me $80. The Lock Guys came out and programmed one of the keys in 20 minutes and charged much less than the dealership would have. Friendly and very helpful business.
