The sales clerk did not want to replace battery in my Iphone. While standing in line behind another customer, On 7/2/2020, I heard the clerk say my name to his coworker asking if he knew I was coming in. When I heard my name I let him know it was me. Needless to say, he gave an excuse my phone was bent and could not have the battery replaced. Whats strange is that I had taken my phone to a batteries plus in Nashville The day before and was not told my phone was bent. The clerk convinced his coworker to tell me my phone was bent. I am not sure why he didnt want to replace my battery but luckily I found a store that did. Also I had my screen repaired in the same store a few months prior to this. The African Americans guys had no problem repairing my phone.

I just had 2 of my key fob batteries changed by Austin at Batteries Plus. I give Austin 10 stars. After working with him I will never go anywhere else to have any batteries changed. He was so very genuinely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He even helped me with several questions that I had about my key fob. He's the best. Batteries Plus hold onto him. He definitely got my business for you from now on. Thank you.

This place is awesome!!! Thought I had seen every battery known to man till I found this place. They carry just about every battery and battery accessories, and if they don't they can order it. I have tested their technical knowledge and every time they actually teach me some thing new. If ever a doubt ask these experts. They have the knowledge, the product and the time. Great service with a smile. Love this place!! I highly recommend this business.

Dishonest, they do not honor their warranty. We bought two cell phone batteries with a 'lifetime warranty'. After having them replaced several times because they were defective, we were told they no longer honor their 'lifetime warranty'. They replaced them one last time and that's it. My wife's phone was ruined when the 'batteries plus' battery blew up. Their only advice was to avoid using the cell phone charger in the car and never use the phone when it is plugged in to a charger. This company is dishonest and sells defective products at over inflated prices.

I went in to have my phone screen fixed and was told to come back the next day when the tech would be availablealso told the best thing to do is to schedule an appointment online. Understandable. I scheduled an appointment. I arrived a few minutes early, and was told the tech was in the bathroom. Strange information to receive as I waited. The bathroom door is right by the front counter I could hear the toilet paper being unrolled through the wall. It was a bit awkward. A good 7 minutes later, the tech comes out, looks at the phone and responds by saying: I dont feel comfortable fixing your phone and I have another customers phone to work on today that will take 3 hours. I cant help you. Just a recommendation for customer servicedont make any customers needs less important just because you have a lot to do. Theres a better way to phrase things. And if you have a job that will take a significant amount of time, maybe you shouldnt have time slots available for appointments to be made.After gathering my thoughts, I went back in to voice my complaint and suggestion to another worker and was told sorry, theres nothing we can do about it, hes our only tech. I left annoyed and frustrated. Wont be going back.

Needed a replacement battery for our home alarm system. Bought online for pick up in-store. The store called me when my order was ready. I brought the old battery for recycling and when I arrived, the staff realized I had selected the incorrect terminal size on my replacement. They quickly had the correct size pulled and I was out the door in less than 5 minutes. Everyone was super friendly.

I took my phone there to replace the shattered screen. The tech guy was super friendly said it would take an hour. I came back and my face ID didnt work anymore. He took it back to look inside again and see what might be wrong, but found nothing. Told me to take it somewhere else to reset it. I went down the road to best buy where the guy told me batteries plus is not apple certified meaning apple locks face ID as it doesn't recognize the glass screen because it has to be calibrated. I went back to batteries plus to not such friendly customer service. I explained the situation and the tech guy looked dumbfounded as if he did not know you had to be apple certified (worries me that he tried to fix my phone, but didnt know something that simple). That whole experience wasn't that bad I wasn't mad just wanted a refund. When I asked for a refund a women with an eyebrow piercing came up to handle it while the tech guy took it back to change the screen out again. She told me there was still going to be a $20 labor fee to which I responded 'you didnt fix anything and wasted my time. I want a full $240.89 refund'. She RUDELY replied 'He has taken your screen off 3 times now and we have to make a living, but if your okay living with yourself for that then fine'. I did not reply and waited for her to finish refunding my card. All in all, if you're looking for a battery I would recommend! However, don't go there if you're looking for a screen replacement and avoid the women stated earlier. Both the men who worked there that day (6/16/19) were extremely kind and I appreciate them trying to fix my phone.

I visited the store to have an iPhone screen replaced, which by all accounts, is a rather simple procedure if performed by a trained tech. The tech logged in and requested my full name, email, address, personal phone number, and an additional phone number for a friend or family member. When I refused to provide the requested information, citing the nature of the transaction, she reacted by rudely shoving the phone at me and stating that she would not be providing any services. The manager, Tim, backed up her behavior, stating it was needed for the warranty. I said I would keep the receipt in the event that there was a problem with the service, which he refused to allow. Additionally, the ridiculous process to drop off a phone to have the screen replaced took nearly a half hour, almost as long as the replacement itself. At no time did any employee apologize for the tech's poor behavior, instead blaming 'the system.' The system is no excuse for the poor behavior or the cumbersome, time-consuming process for such a simple task. There are too many other establishments in Clarksville that provide this service to subject yourself to the experience I endured. Don't waste your time...or patience.

Even though they didn't carry a wide variety of streamlight (typically for law enforcement)...Steven ordered me what I needed & got it to me in a matter of 3 days. I was in & out in 10 mins or less. The salesmen in the store were very knowledgeable and helped. The only issue is I bought from the online store and received 10% off, when I arrived at the store I noticed the price for the battery at 10% less than the online price. Pretty deceptive to get you to buy online and then when you go to pickup and see you could have paid the same price by just going to the store.
