A lot of friends recommend this company. So I went to see if I can get my car key done and see how fair the price is. My opinion that there prices beats other places. A car key with a remote at $190 is very hard to find. Last 2 places offer me around $200+. Awesome Customer Service. Very professional. I would recommend anyone to do service with them. Keep up the good work.

So I was having the worst day ever. I managed to throw my car keys away in our apartment complex dumpster. Dont ask. I called 2 other locksmiths and was told by one that I would have to have my car towed to a dealership and have a key made which would cost between $300 and $600. Then I called Jerrys and Jeff came to my rescue. He was prompt and polite and very professional. In a matter of about 20 or 30 minutes Jeff made me a key and sent me on my way. He said yes where others said no. Hopefully I wont make the same mistake twice but if so I wont hesitate to call Jerrys. And I highly recommend others do the same. I dont know what I would have done without them. Thank you Jeff. Youre the best!

I had a great experience with Jeff from Jerrys Lock and Key. I had lost my car keys and he came out as soon as possible, giving me a detailed description on exactly what he was doing. He stayed a little later than I did at the business, and when the owner found the keys I had lost, he took possession and stayed there until I was able to get there. Even when I had told him the wrong year for my car, he stayed professional and made me a spare key. Jeff is absolutely one of the best locksmiths I have worked with and is the reason I will continue to recommend this business.

I want to start by saying that the guy who was working at the shop was really nice. However, beyond that, my experience here was not great, at all. I went in the have my Nissan smart key reprogrammed. For whatever reason, the computer was not communicating with my car or key. I understand that things are not always perfect, but after spending an hour trying to connect the key (without success), I still had to pay $65. I have never someone where I paid for service-not-rendered. The next day, I took the key to another locksmith and he was able to program it in less than 5 minutes. For that service, I gladly paid $75.

I had an issue getting into my car, and when I took it into Jerrys it was a very simple fix. Unlike most businesses, he fixed it very quickly and got me on my way. Some places charge a fortune for simple jobs, but not Jerrys. I would recommend them to anyone who has a need.

Just moved to the Clarksville area. I had the pleasure of meeting Jeff yesterday. I locked my apartment/car keys in my apartment. I was locking the bottom lock from inside, as I was walking outside with a dog leash in one hand, and two bags in the other. I thought I put my keys in my pocket (like usual). I went to lock my deadbolt lock and no keys!!!! My landlord was out of town. I called the first locksmith that popped up on goggle with a good rating. I called the number and Jeff answered quick. He explained that he would be on his way as soon as he was finished with his other client. I could tell by the tone of his voice he was very friendly. He did his job fast! Jeff and I had a conversation and he was pleasant. He was warm and friendly to my dog. He explained how long he has been in the business. I could tell he was a pro! The company is lucky to have him. Jerry's Lock & Key is now the only company we will use for all our keying issues! Called early one morning to have locks re-keyed, and new hardware installed. Brad was out on site quickly, and took care of all our issues. He even made our keys for us immediately. Days later after realizing we still needed a couple of keys, I asked to have a couple made. Within the hour, keys were delivered to the shop! WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
