Our mom passed away was unable to find gun safe keys. Stout locksmith worked hours saving the gun safe and setting electronic password with key pad. Very understanding, professional and reasonably priced considering it took hours to open the safe. We are extremely grateful to mark one more item off our list after losing our mom. Highly recommend Stout locksmith.

I had the locksmith come out when I moved into my house to rekey so I could avoid replacing all of my locks myself. I paid 175 which was fine by me, as at the time it was saving me hassle. After they finished rekeying my locks, they told me I should have the locks reolaced within the next year because 'they were about shot.' If they would have told me this as the BEGINNING I would have had the locks replaced versus rekeying. But they didn't. So I am out 175 and less than a month later, had a lock break and ended up having to replace them all anyway. I will find another locksmith next time who is better with communication.
