Very satisfied customer here. My car had a dead battery. It actually had died the week before but I didn't deal with it because of going out of town. The battery is old and I let it sit... I assumed if it even started, it would have to sit on the charger for a while. I had requested with my roadside assistance to find someone to come. The eta given by roadside was 45 minutes. I immediately got a link from Pop-A-Lock informing me when they would arrive, a photo of the man and vehicle that would arrive, and how to contact them directly. Then then man called me after just a few moments to shorten the time quoted. He arrived and hooked their charger up. Literally within seconds, the car started right up. That was a heck of a powerful charger. From the time my insurance company notified them I needed a jump to my car being back on the road was just around 15 minutes.

Joe was professional and informative. He programmed my key fobs and was helpful in the understanding of use and maintaining them with battery life, etc. Definitely recommend this company's services. Joe was trustworthy, genuine, and honest. If needed, I would use again!

It is usually a series of unfortunate events going on in your life, it can never just be one problem to deal with, now a days with all the responsibility we have to juggle. but one thing that puts my mind at ease is POP A LOCK, they are there for me in a quickness, they let you know when there on there way, give you an estimated time, and i'm always blown away how fast they get there. I had the pleasure to have Wes show up from pop a lock, i was frazzled mess, my nerves were on edge, and he was so nice and i highly appreciate, his coolness, and calmness, i felt reassured that everything was going to be ok. I highly recommend pop a lock, they got your back in any crisis, THANK YOU FOR YOUR OUTSTANDING SERVICE WES!!!!!!!!

The technician (Clint) who came out was very professional, polite, and helpful. He showed up on time, unlocked my car, and had me sign the invoice, all within less than 5 minutes. He also made sure to keep a safe distance the whole time due to social distancing, and was really nice about it. It was an all around good experience, and I would definitely recommend him and this company to anyone who may need their services.

Love pop-a-lock. Have used them several times in the past. Always pleased. I am sure there are other locksmiths in the area, but I feel no need to go looking. Their techs are personable and don't mind explaining what they are doing so that you can understand what you are paying for. Highly recommend.

All and all ot went great. Dude was very nice and professional and he got my keys out of my car quickly without damaging it. The reason I took away a star was because when I called the main office, the lady told me it would be 30 minutes until the locksmith was there. I waited 30 minutes, then the lock Smith called and said he would be another 20. I ended waiting a total of 55 minutes. All that being said, I'd still recommend them!

I had a flat tire on my way home from work. Unfortunately, I obviously don't know how to change a tire sadly (lol) but I called roadside assistance for State Farm and they sent out Pop-A-Lock. They arrived in an adequate amount of time. The technician, I didn't get his name unfortunately but he was absolutely kind. He also gave me recommendations on different tire places in the area for me to go too. Changed my tire quickly. Overall a wonderful experience.

He was willing and patient in explaining what and how he was performing the tasks necessary to change the locks. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best, we rate him a 12. We are very glad that he was our technician and that we did not get a different technician.

Was like 30 mins past appointment time and machine wouldnt cut the key right. Said they will fix it right tomarrow for no charge. Well for 148.00 there shouldn't be another charge. We will see tomarrow. Other than that the guy was excellent. Would use them again

This was absolutely the best service for unlocking a vehicle!! My poor baby got accidentally locked in the car by our dogs with the heat running full blast and they came super super quickly and opened the door within seconds! Also, they didn't even charge this poor stressed out mom any money to open the doors!! Casey, the tech, arrived early, opened my vehicle very quick, without damage, and was well mannered. The stars stop at 4 instead of 5 based solely on price. Personally I thought 60 bucks a little steep for a 3 minute job. But, when in a jam, I would call on them again. Barring similar service at 40 bucks. Real world performance review.... hold on to Casey. Incentivise him to stick with ya.

I spoke with a locksmith about a broken key in a door lock ( not mentioning names). He quoted to me that if I need a key made it would be 80+ dollars, and if it was just extracting the broken key, it would be 20 to 30 dollars depending on how difficult it was to remove. He shows up and in a few minutes has the key removed ( apparently not very difficult). He then gives me a bill for $76.65. I asked what happened with the 20 to 30 dollar quote. He said that was on top of what it would have cost to have key made, and since no new key was made, there was a $50.00 service charge. Nobody, including the person at the office I spoke with ever mentioned a service charge. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
