Super unprofessional company. I had called and requested a quote, the receptionist that had answered requested a phone number and address. I let her know Im not sure I want to give my address out since I simply want a quote. She let me know thats how they determine quotes. I said whatever and gave her my information, she said they would call shortly. I had previously called a different locksmith and ONLY had requested a quote here because the one I had called previously was taking forever. By the time the first had showed up, this company showed up in my driveway BEFORE even talking to me. He told me I owed him money for him showing up and driving. I let him know I will not be giving him any money, at all because I for 1 did not even ask for them to come I asked for a QUOTE, and 2 that is unprofessional to even do so. He then said well how many locksmiths did you call like I was in the wrong. I said I had called the people who are currently here and requested them come out but they had taken forever, then yall specifically for a quote. He then proceeded to get in his unmarked, not a company black van and then go back out and started talking to the locksmith that was assisting me letting him know oh I have a 5,000 machine in my van, blah blah blah. Eventually he had left- which is great for his own safety because he had about 5 minutes left before I took matters into my own hands. If I ever lose my key again, I will NOT BE CALLING THESE FOLKS. Im only giving 1 star because of the fact the guy who unlocked our car did it in under 5 min however I must say that what extremely irritated me was the fact he told us it would be an hr before he could come out after 1.5 hrs i had to text him on an est arrival time. He said 30 min. Needless to say 2.5 hrs and me asking to be updated had me extremely frustrated. I was told it would cost around 120 only to be charged 150 dollars so i will not be using this company again. What was tax 30 friggin dollars.

Called and my man Luis was able to show up and help me out in under 30min! Previous place tried to get me to wait a full day before they could come out. Technician (Luis) was super friendly and worked fast. Had me back on the road within 45min. Unlocked my truck in seconds but had to make me a key so youll probably be done even faster.
