Kenny Z's was WONDERFUL when I needed a reputable and skilled locksmith to fix a lock at my home. Not only was he extremely nice, but he got us on his schedule with 48 hours of me calling (it would have been within 24 hours but for a conflict on my end), was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything well, and fixed the issue quickly. There was nothing wrong with it before i had the computer replaced and key reprogrammed. Now another $350 to have ignition thing replaced and key reprogrammed again! And i only drove it straight home then 30 minutes later key wouldnt work!

Husband had me go with Home Advisor which was a total rip off!!! They sent a Handy Man that was not a licensed locksmith. The Home Advisor guy broke 3 of my locks & didnt get even 1 rekeyed within the 2 hours he was at my house (first 30+ minutes he was trying to fix his glasses so he could see to drive, blind without glasses) so after watching this guy take apart the cylinders, cut springs & surf the internet on how to rekey a lock I told him stop & leave. I immediately called Kenny who originally gave me a quote during the week (as well as others) and impressed me, he came to my rescue. He stopped his honey do project & was at my house within 30 minutes & rekeyed all 7 locks in less than 2 hours (Home Advisor originally billed for 2.5 hours). I wasted 3 hours on that first handy man guy (didnt even get his name), and regret that I didnt go originally with Kenny Zs & I will definitely call Kenny first next time I need a locksmith & I would definitely recommend Kenny - he is very professional, reasonable & he saved my Saturday. Thanks again Kenny!!!

I have locked my keys in my car so much that I literally had to put Kenny on speed dial, but not one time have I been stranded long at all hes very professional, fast, ... and most of all takes his time and does not scratch your vehicles... I had an old National deadbolt lock from the 1970's fail. Something inside it broke so I called Kenny Z. At first he figured we'd have to special order another lock since the original company is defunct. But then he took the old lock down to his truck and came back about 10 minutes later with it all fixed! He had fabricated a part and substituted it for the broken part--for a fraction of the cost of a replacement lock. I was impressed! Thank you Kenny!

I recently purchased a used F-250 after having it a few days I realize my inition key did not fit the door. Not only did he come out and make me a key he also discovered my tailgate was a different key .... He also made me a key for it as well without trying to up charge me and did not even accept additional money for the additional key..... Super nice very professional if I ever have a need for a locksmith definitely my only call

I hate to be a one star reviewer in a sea of good reviews, but, me and my wife contacted Mr. Z three separate times (1x over Facebook, 2x by phone) regarding getting a new electronic key for our car. All three times we were told we would get a call back to set up a appointment, and neither of us were contacted. Mr. Z may be a great locksmith, but I would advise looking elsewhere for a key service.Edit: Response to owner: No messages were ever left on either phone. It's hard to schedule a time together when you don't receive a call back on two separate occasions. I appreciate his time to respond to feedback, but he is incorrect.

I called Kenny Z's to see if he could come out on a Saturday as two of my door locks would not allow the key to turn. I thought he would tell me that I needed to replace the locks. He arrived at the exact time he said he would and after checking the locks he told me they did not need replacing that they were just a little worn from time and weather and that he would fix them. He did an excellent job and his rates are beyond reasonable. He has a very professional but friendly manner and I am so very pleased with his workmanship. I found Kenny Z's on Angie's List and he already had several excellent review out there. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of an excellent locksmith.

A five star rating doesnt give enough credit to these guys. These technicians are very smart and helpful. Our locksmith didn't stop working and didn't give up until we got a new key for our car and got it working. He met us where our car was and was fun and helpful the entire time. Once we found out the car battery died he even gave us a jump for free to get us on our way. Best service we have ever had, I would highly recommend over anyone in the tri cities! Prices are very reasonable and we couldn't ask for better

I have used Kenny Z's several times in the past because I am one of those people that keeps locking my keys up in my car and does not take the time to have an extra one made. I always call Kenny Z because the service is fast and efficient. The last time I called him he remembered me, lol; Kenny Z gave me the last lock out service for free due to my repeat business with his services. It was totally unexpected but a nice surprise considering my day was starting pretty bad. This business is the one to call if you have locked yourself out because he is fast, pleasant, professional, and appreciates your business.

Kenny was fast, efficient, curteous, and professional. He went above and beyond. We just bought a house, where the previous owner gave us only 1 key, needless to say we got locked out. He arrived quickly and on time. While we had him at the house, I asked him to re-key all of the locks. Which he did for a good price, and he fixed a bad bolt lock cylinder that had previously been giving us trouble, for no extra charge. We highly recommend Kenny!!
