Do not take your lawnmower here. Paid over 200 bucks to get the 'Spring Ready'. Belt immediately coming off over and over. Terrible service.

Always helpful and knowledgable. You never feel like you're being rushed to get out, or pressured to buy something. If they do not have what you need specifically, they won't try to sell you anything you dont need. They will tell you honestly and apologize sincerely for not having it.

Love the staff here. Always friendly and willing to help no matter how busy they are. I also enjoy the honesty. If they don't have a answer to question they will find out. They take the time to know you by name. I have used other places over the years and not once has the employees inquired this information. I dare to say that if your just a honey to do list man like myself or a contractor, these folks will take care of you.

Great folks to deal with. Bought a chainsaw, Scag ZT, gas grill, several Dr Mower products plus they are my go to folks for weed eater stuff, mower parts and basic hardware. Unlike the big box stores, Mike and all of the folks there go out of their way to help you.

The man I ran into that day was so incredibly rude. The house we are renting has absolutely no closets so we made one out of our third bedroom completely amazing might I add, but this man basically told me I was as wasting his time because I didnt want to purchase a long metal rod that I'd have to spend more money being cut and it wasnt what I wanted. He was so rude i ended up at BRINKS and they was so helpful I explained what I was doing how this fella done me they had my whole supply list laying on the counter in no time. BRINKS IS THE WAY TO GO

So I dropped of a white rider to have the deck adjusted.I was told it would be 7-10 days.And there was a $28.50 service to diagnosis the problem.(Ok I told them was the problem was.) About a week later I get a text saying it would be $270.I came by 2 days later to pick it up,little pricey for a deck adj.They also said it need all new belts. (Ok maybe but it ran and cut,just little high on rt.side).seems like the $28.50 went to $51,umm funny how that happened I wanted to talk to service manager but he was out.I came back 2 days later to find out they adjusted the bill to $28.50.I was informed the battery was not in it,and for them to install would cost me.(REMEMBER THIS WAS A RUNNING AND CUTTING MOWER WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF.)SO OK I WILL PUT IT BACK IN,RATHER THEN ARGUE. it was pushed to my trailer,where I guess I was suppose to load it by myself.The young man who pushed it out finally helped when I asked him to.We got it on the trailer and I notice,the belts were off.Wth this ran and cutI spoke with the service manager,and he said if I want the belts and battery back on I would have to pay .WHAT? once agian I explained this unit ran and cut.Was a useless conversation he wanted more mohey for sumn he took apart.I just left not worth the trouble,So people of Lawrenceburg and surrounding areas stay clear they are all talk,and no serviceTh re money to determine the problem is one thing,but not putting it the way it was when I brought it to them.I get home battery bolts missing(One of them)Belts off I get them on.Deck bolts loose or missing,now I can't even use this mower.This place is bad business. IS this the way they want to treat residents of lawrencebugh tn.I say stay clear,YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Last time I was in there looking for a plumbing tool, I told them I didn't have a whole lot to spend because I just bought a new sink and they were extremely understanding and refered me to another place. I appreciate them not attempting to sell me an expensive item when I couldn't afford it.
