A little all over the place, but its because they get a ton of business. Boyfriend went in to get some truck locks made, and trying to get out in a hurry, his key was left behind in the shop. We called the after hours number about a dozen times that night, but never got an answer or a call back. I went in as soon as they opened the next morning and stood around for about 10 minutes because they were already packed. Give it 4 stars for lack of communication, great service otherwise.

My brother used them to make an extra key phob for a car they had bought. 1st time at store, made appointment & ordered key phob, 2nd time, had appointment to get key phob programed, no one there that could program the key phob. So, ask for money back. No, money back was on his receipt. So, he made another appointment to have the key phob programed for the following day...finally got it & it works great. Also, he traveled almost an hour 1 way to Lebanon each time he went here to get key!
