I agree with other reviewer that they are extremely rude on the phone. Refused to come to my car and copy my cadillac key and reprogram it because in her words: 'sorry sir that is not a service we offer regardless of the money'. So I am not really sure what they do because all the ads for them state they do exactly that. The locksmith just up the road was very pleasant and let me bring them my key and copied both for only 25 dollars. I don't even know how these guys stay in business with the customer service agent they have. Truly appalling. I even asked if I bought a set (2) keys from them, had them cut and program it, and she still would not shut up long enough to hear me. DO NOT USE them. Support another local business.
