My mower had 126 hours and the drive belt broke. I was told it was a defective belt, it would be covered by warranty. This is completely understandable. I went today to pick my mower up and was told that I owed x amount to replace the blades x3. I was not called to confirm this action. I had worked in the business of small engines for many years. Never have I or the company that I worked for done any work not agreed to on the work order. If there was a problem I would call the customer first and explain to them what the problem was before I went any further. These people never called and replaced 3 blades that I had examined at the start of the mowing season, only 105 hours. The blades were fine at that time, needing sharpened is all. The blades they handed me were destroyed.

Horrible! Had my mower 4 months. When I called about it they couldnt find my paperwork. I asked to be called prior to fixing it. They said they did try to call. But they lied. Then to get my mower back wanted to charge me $250 when I had tile them not to fix it. Never go to them

Service Department is horrible to work with and very unorganized. Cannot reach them by phone most of the time. Added service that I did not request, after specifically being told to call before anything was added.

Terrible service!!! Puts the wrong part on my mower and charges me 300 dollars and still got a mower that want run. If you cant fix it at least let me return the part that didn't need replacing to begin with.
