I read the great reviews on here and gave Robert a call on a Friday morning- he made sure to be able to fit me in that exact day sensing the urgency! I can't say enough complimentary things about him- he is completely professional and will only suggest what is needed...even saving myself money over my original idea! He is prompt, extremely courteous, SAFE, and very efficient. I appreciate him more than he knows!!! You can be guaranteed to have nothing but great service from him, I highly recommend him!!

Our truck was warming up in our driveway and it automatically locked us out right before we were about to head to work! They were very quick to get here and and quick to unlock our doors, thank goodness! We happened to be low on gas too so he really saved us a lot of trouble by being so quick! Highly recommend. Very nice and professional too. We will definitely use them for future needs.

Visited from California to see family in Maryville, and accidentally locked my keys in my rental car. Called Rob and he was at my car within 15 minutes, and was able to quickly open my door. Upon opening, tried starting my car and the battery was dead. So including opening my door, he hooked up my set of jumper cables and helped jumpstart my car, so i could head home safely. Great guy, very friendly, and very resourceful! Definitely recommend to everyone in the area.

I accidentally locked my house and they unlocked my door in less then a minute after they showed up. As a matter of fact it took him around 15 seconds to unlock my door. The service technician was super nice and it only took him 15 minutes to get to my location. Granted the price was a little high but it was worth it.

We bought a new house and forgot to schedule a locksmith to rekey our home. We called Robert around 9am and he squeezed us in his busy schedule. He promptly came to our home by 1:30pm, even with such short notice. He had 8 doors done in like an hour. He was so kind and professional! You just dont see that kind of customer service these days, unfortunately. We will recommend him to anyone, and we plan on using him in the future!

Robert is the best! He has been doing all of my rental properties since 2011 and all of my corporate work since 2013. He has also been to my personal homes several times and my locks always work better than new when he's finished. He is always prompt, fair, does what he says when he says and has a fully stocked truck that allows him to repair virtually anything. I would never even consider using anyone else!
