I use OKS for all my key copies and anytime I need a locksmith. They are very knowledgeable and friendly and I've never had a problem. Recently lost my only transponder truck key and they were able to come out the same day and get me a brand new key made and coded to my vehicle.Overall I would highly recommend them.

Have always used OKS since they started in Knoxville. Nephew bought me a key fob for 2011 Ram. Lady was clear they do not guarantee work if the fob isn't purchased from OKS. Spent $50 for the programming, took her 2 minutes to do, worked great until turned truck off, no longer works. Went back 30 minutes later to ask if she could try again or I use the $50 toward fob from OKS, she said no. I just think for $50 for a 2 minute job she could have worked with me. But...she did warn me. So, just so you know, dont take outside fobs to OKS.

I've found some locksmiths here are much more knowledgeable than others. Turnaround time on my piece was quite a bit longer than quoted. They did do a good job, though. Will probably go back.

Horrible experience. Took 5 visits to finally get a working key for my Altima. 1st time note on door gone for 2 hours. 2nd time computers down had to go to the bank to get cash just to come back & their programmer wasnt working. 3rd time cut the key, programmed key fob charged me $180 to find the key did not work and lock button of fob did not work. Had none in stock. 4th time key fob in but I did not bring the faulty one as I drove with our original one that worked. Refused to give me the new one without bringing in the faulty one. 5th time finally done. Only open banker hours so had to take off work each time. Never again, worth driving I to Knoxville next time.

Although for the longest time I thought this was a comic book store, it's a locksmith. The staff is very friendly and they have some good rates. I've never had a problem with their work but they guarantee every key you walk out with. If it doesn't work when you get home, bring it back.

We needed a transponder key and a key fob for a used Toyota we bought that only came with one. I tried buying a key blank and fob from Amazon and programming it myself but the instructions didn't work for me. We took it to Outlet Key Shop and they knew exactly what we needed and got us fixed up. They had the right transponder key in stock and ordered the key fob we needed and got everything programmed no problem. They work great. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Great business and saved us a lot of money compared to.the dealer.

Had an amazing first experience here today! I needed to get some extra keys for my recently purchased car. The gentleman working informed me that the key I was given with my used car was in fact the incorrect size. When he gave me the correct size keys, it was very clear that the dealer has definitely given me the wrong size key. The man who helped us was determined to give me the best key possible. I paid a good price for rekeying a lock but was charged $3.00 a key for a common Dexter aftermarket key 12.00 for four keys. It was a total ripoff for the keys. I could have gotten them for 1.50 a key at the local hardware store. I highly suggest you go elsewhere for your needs. He told me my lock needed special keys which was a flat out lie. Never again will I or anyone I know use them. Bad business practices

Austin Smith was of great help over the past week with helping me with my 350z. He went above and beyond with his help on Saturday programming a new transponder key and fob. It took him a while but only because Nissan's can be extremely tricky. However, even with it being tricky, he was able to finish everything in good time and everything works great. A+ service and communication.
