I was told one price for programming a key over the telephone. But when I arrived with keys I had already purchase over the internet I was told a much higher price to program those keys. I believe they assumed I would be paying the $164 per key. That they were charging instead of the $18 key I purchased over the internet. The exact same key

I purchased a Liberty safe from this place. Safe was delivered and all was well. Having some wood floors installed and needed safe moved. There is no after sales service with these guys. I could never get anyone to call me back or respond to my emails. Shop somewhere else for your Liberty safe.

I rarely wrote reviews..., but I want to write this one for the excellent knowledge and service I received today. I accidentally locked my bedroom door and couldn't open it. I called Town&Country Locksmiths Inc, for help. After listening to my case, the gentleman on duty (2:20 pm, 3/31/2018) told me some tricks by phone and I was able to unlock the door in seconds. He was very patient with me and waited on the phone until I did it. Thank you so much!

Town and Country Locksmiths re-keyed a lock that I brought in. They worked fast and were friendly. They do travel and re-key locks as well but you save money if you can bring the lock into the shop like I did. I would recommend them and will return to the shop in the future.

I have been loyal to that other locksmith (largest in Memphis) for half a century. But after the owner died, the quality went downhill fast. Now I am with Town and Country and couldn't be more pleased. This is the type of service I am accustomed to and can only be found through locally owned businesses. I have used them five or six times and they have never failed to impress me.

UPDATE: The guy at Town & Country saw my prior review or else someone told him about it (See below). He called my husband and tried to make it right. He refunded my installation fee + 25% and provided my husband with some safe paraphernalia to make it good. He apologized for the misunderstanding. I appreciate his efforts. My advice, good paper makes for good friends. I forget that sometimes, but from now on, I will make sure that my understandings are written down. We are very happy with the safe. Town & Country should be applauded for resolving my concerns. We bought a BIG safe. When we were in the store the guy assured us that the safe would be secured to the wall because the door was so heavy the safe would tip over. I paid $200 for delivery and installation. He did not 'install' the safe. When I called him, first he said 'only safe put on carpet were ever secured.' Then he said that he 'never attaches safes to walls b/c they can't find the studs.' He also said he 'never' told me the safe would be secure. Don't trust the guy. My husband will secure the safe. Luckily I have a brilliant husband who can do the work. I would not purchase from this guy again. Beware. The safe might be great, but the guy who sold it to us is not truthful.

Attempted to hire this company to install buzzer locks at my properties. When I asked the gentleman who came to take pictures how long it would take to get an estimate back. 'Well, i'll be honest, the ladies are pretty slow, so i'll do my best to get it to ya as quick as possible' My first phone call to the company was 3 days after the photos were taken. A woman answered, I asked about my estimates, the response I got was 'They haven't been turned in yet..' Next phone call was 4 days after that to where the same woman responded with 'The lady who types everything up is out but she will be back tomorrow'Final phone call, 4 days after that one, same woman, says 'The lady who types everything up is out she will be back tomorrow...' Im like you said that to me 4 days ago. She says oh, well I must not be talking about your hotel then and puts me on hold.Comes back 15 mins later on the phone and begins to mumble and babble as if she knows what she's talking about. When I asked 'what?' In a confused state, she began to repeat everything she mumbled but this time in the same tone as a 10 year old child! I was dumbfounded that this is who this company has answering their phones and handling their business.IF YOU DIDN'T WANT TO DO THE JOB, BE PROFESSIONAL AND SAY NO THANK YOU. Instead of charging people for estimates you were going to do nothing with in the first place!
