I called my insurance company because I locked myself out of my car and my 3 kids and I waited for 3.5 hours just to find out no one was coming. I called the company multiple times and texted with their Dispatcher just to be informed that someone was on their way. I live in cleveland TN and they sent someone from Chattanooga TN which is 45 min drive with normal traffic but 3.5 hours later and no one showed up nor called. It started to get dark and my young children and I were Stranded. No one deserves to be treated like this. When I called my insurance company and told them what was going on they said that the company put they completed the service but my kids and I are still locked out. So not only did the company not fulfill its duty that they are going to try to charge my insurance company for but they also lied about getting it done. Not cool

Horrible service. They told me they were 20 minutes away and had me stuck on the side of the interstate during 5pm traffic and didnt have the decency to call me with updates. Then when I called to see where he was after 1 hour and 5 minutes, he lied and said he didnt know where I was pulled over when the confirmation text that HE SENT showed my exact location. Dont call them if you need help!!!

My daughter was stranded on the side of Interstate 65 N in Nashville TN at 10:30 pm on Thursday, Jan 31, 2019. She contacted State Farm Roadside Assistance and State Farm requested Basco to provide assistance to my daughter and Basco replied with the text message (picture of actual text is attached to this review) at 11:32 pm stating fuel would be delivered within 45 minutes. But, they NEVER showed up....AGAIN LEAVING MY DAUGHTER STRANDED. MORE THAN UNACCEPTABLE! And, then to make matters even more unbelievable....they sent her a request to do a review on 'their supposed service' at 12:11 am--UNBELIEVABLE (picture of actual text requesting the review is also attached to this review). So, I contacted Basco on Friday morning (the very next morning) and James Basco, the owner, had the nerve to say to me 'the reason we did not show up is because we close at midnight and State Farm is aware of that.' ARE YOU SERIOUS? Basco has a contract with State Farm to provide a service that they get paid for and cannot provide. FRAUD!!! Basco is accepting money for services that are not provided. INSURANCE FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!! Insurance Fraud is against the law. James Basco is a criminal. Please heed my advice.....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Thankfully my daughter received assistance from a friend and is safe and that is most important. But, I want to make sure the public knows to NEVER USEBASCO in Nashville, TN. ***On a side note: I talked to James Basco first thing Friday morning but did not know exactly what time the original text was sent to my daughter from Basco stating when to expect them. Once, I found out it was PRIOR to midnight, I attempted to call James Basco back and he will not answer his phone. I left a very nice message and told him I would accept an apology and not go further with reporting him and the coward has NOT returned my phone call. I would have accepted an apology because everyone makes mistakes...you just have to 'own up to them.' So, I am also going to contact the insurance commissioner, Department of Transportation, Better Business Bureau, etc... BOTTOMLINE: This could have been avoided if I had received an apology.
