They bring back the personal service of business that's been lost like having a family ,handyman, milkman or mailman. They were a great help when my wife and I got locked out of the house. They were courteous and arrived when they said they would. Their locksmith was able to fix the lock quickly and everything worked out well.

Had an appointment and they ghosted me. Called the technician, he said hes not coming and hung up. Tried calling the office back with no answer. Im guessing theyre mad because I made an appointment at 4, called at 4:15 to cancel because I found someone cheaper at which time they told me thats probably a scam. So I followed their advice and re-made the appointment with Midtown 15 mins after. They agreed, the technician said hes coming, I waited for an hour and nothing. Fine, Ill figure it out, but thats very childish. In capitalism, costumers are allowed to reasonably look around.Edit: looks like theyre threatening me (see reply). Feel free to do whatever - I have all my phone records to prove it.

We waiting over 1 hour & 30 mins with STILL no one showing up, we emailed & called several times and no one would answer. They told us someone was on their way when we called the first time. We ended up going with another company & still never heard anything back from Midtown.
