Gentleman I spoke with on the phone tonight made every attempt to remedy the situation with my vehicle over the phone. Even though we couldnt solve during the phone call, he laid out two options very clearly. He met me this evening quickly and while he solved the problem without hassle he also respectfully informed me that additional work (as anticipated over the call) was not needed. Highly recommend this place. My key would no longer turn my ignition and I was told by another locksmith that I will need to replace the ignition at cost of over $350.00. Honest people!! After unlocking my car, making a new key and in the middle of programming it he found my key at the side of my seat and handed it to me. He only charged me for unlocking my vehicle and saved me some extra dollars.

I called this place beacuse someone swiped my key in a coffee shop. They came out, took over an hour, only to hastily pack up and leave me in the heat saying, 'Sorry, we can't help you, hope you have a nice day' and left. They didnt try to refer me to anyone or help me find someone else who might be able to help me. Never giving this place business again.
