I brought in two keys to be cut and programed for my Nissan that I had ordered on line. Both were programed but only one key was cut properly while the other key only works if inserted a certain way. The next day I leave for work but my car won't start. It would turn over but not start. After tearing my throttle body and fuel pump apart i gave up. Later that day my wife comes home and i try the new key i had given her. Turns out my original key was erased and that's why my car wouldn't start. So for $86 i got one key that works, one key that works only one way and my original key that i had to come back to the store for them to fix. I'm a mobile mechanic and that no start cost me around $400 that day. Next time I'll go elsewhere.

Maybe it's just me, but I'm all over supporting small, local, businesses. Including where I go to get my keys made!This guy has a plethora of locks and keys, he's fast, and he's reasonably priced. I needed a key made for a new restaurant, so I came by. The guy was nice, and after I gave him my key, he had a new one for me in under 5 minutes! It was a 'do not duplicate,' so I had to fill out some tracking paperwork, but that's normal.I highly recommend him for getting your lock and key needs! I'll be back if I need anything in the future.

Awesome!!! Needed to get a key made for a 2001 Land Rover because the one I had broke off into the door lock. I was able to get the broken piece out. Had the two pieces, gave them to him, he made me two duplicates and got me back on the road.Great shop too if you're a gadget person like me or you need key supplies he as a lot of stuff in there. I've had trouble finding the rubber pieces to tell which keys are which he has a great selection!Thanks for the great service!!!!

What a wonderful experience this has been! As I finished loading my vehicle with perishables I shut my car door locking my keys inside. Already fuming from this day of unfortunate events, this day could not get any worse! Due to this being the first time ever locking myself out I had no idea what to do. An employee of the grocery store I was stranded at gave me their number with great recommendations. The 'Lock & Key' Professional was picking the lock in less than seventeen minutes; taking him about a minute to unlock. Not only did this Lock Expert do his job promptly, he called me back 15 minutes later explaining how to fix another problem I had with my door handle. You have my recommendation Anderson Mill Lock & Key. I almost want to purposely lock my keys in my car. Thank you again!

I first called a lock store in Cedar Park but after 20 minutes on hold I gave up. Anderson Mill Lock and Key was just down the road and answered the phone on the second ring. The guy sounded like he knew what he was talking about, so I gave him a shot. He had the correct parts on-hand and re-keyed the tumbler in no time flat. His price was actually less than I had anticipated...imagine that.

Quoted $40 minimum to get the keys out of my car over the phone. Actual price 'depends on what type of tools they have to use.'The guy gets here and says it will be $95, I said I only have $80. Well, the 'tools' he had to use were two air bags and a stick. Literally. I stood out in the parking lot in the 95 degree heat trying to help him. It took almost an hour and he had to call his boss to figure out how to do it. Then when he finally got it unlocked he tried to get me to pay more than $80 because it took him so long. If he would have known how to do it in the first place it would've taken 5-10 minutes tops.
