I had to choose 1 Star because 0 Stars wasnt an option... called yesterday for service and they told me that Id be first or second on the list today and that they opened at 8am. Cool! Great turnaround time. Drove to property at 8:15 to be available.... 9:20 I call and spoke with Ken, the one that I made the appointment with... I asked him when I should expect service and he said Very casually, not till after lunch... I asked why he didnt update me on the change and told him that I had altered my day for the schedule he provided me, and he told me, just hadnt got around to it as if it was no big deal... consider this company if youre looking for one that doesnt respect your time.

Excellent lock smithy. They can make pretty much any key. When Lowe's and others can't handle it, come here. Or just go here first. Nice people running the shop went straight to work.
