I called jo to change my locks at my shop , He showed up after 30 min , did really good job and repair all my locks , jo was very nice and professional He also make me a car key for free that was nice of him !!!I definitely recommend to use locksmith 4 life !!!I had bad experience with different locksmith but now I will call only locksmith 4 life to fix all my shops!!!

This is real bad that the first review has to be a bad review. I know all if you lock smiths are contracted in certain areas. At first the experience was nice. They did not have the key blank and let us purchase a spear key for a temp fix to the problem of not having a blank for the key that was needed. They were to order the key and be back the following Monday to program the key to the car. We my boyfriend sold the car on Tuesday and still no phone call and no show. Called several time to get this resoled and no help. This all started September 13th was a Thursday and I am still aggravated at these people. I had to threaten them with a refund to get them to get back with me. They had my work number and cell number to get back with me. When they did get back with me they told me that the key did not arrive on Monday. I asked them why they did not call me. They could not give me a answer. I told them about the car being sold to new owners and they would like to get the key. I gave the new owners the number and the key people would not meet them half way from Conroe, Texas. Well yesterday (October 1st) I told them that I would like a refund if they would not do that. I need the money back so I can give it to the new owners to get the key made. The key people did not respond the the text message. Then the night of October 1st I texted them after talking to my boyfriend and the new owners are willing to cone to La Porte, Texas to get the key If I can get them here to do the work. Now It is October 2 nd and the appointment time was 10:00. The new owners of the car is here and they have been waiting for the people for over a hour to show up. These people with the key knew what time to be here. Now I am supper mad at this whole situation. I will never use this company for anything else. They have poor customer service and poor communication skills. Even the main office does not know what their contractors are doing out in the field. It is now 11:15 and no show so far with the keys. This is verry disappointing for the company and the contractors. I can ramble on for a long time on the bad experience that I have had with this company. You know this is not just a 40.00 key it is a 250.00 key that has to be programmed to the car and etc. For some people 250.00 is a lot of money to spend for a key, But set back on the poor service the was given will put a bad taste in your mouth. I do not know how many main offices this company has but it is a shame that this is the first review for this location. I would have had a better experience with a corporate chain or at the Honda Dealership. It is just a shame that small business does not care about customers. I run a small business and we treat everyone like the part of the family. I guess when companies get to big for their pants they just do not care about the little man that needs help. IIf there was a way to give negative stars I would give this place 10 negative stars. (-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*) There they are.
