They are EXCELLENT!!! I locked myself out of my house last Friday. I spoke to Boomer, he said they had 1 appt. ahead of me. David called me to tell me he could be there '30' early!! I was SO HAPPY, as I was waiting outside in the cold damp weather. He was VERY PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, and COURTEOUS. He genuinely cared about me getting back into my house ASAP. Fast, efficient and 'spot on' for a 75 year old Cavalier Cedar Chest furniture lock. Brought in my wife's family cedar chest which she just reacquired sans keys. Boomer at Mr. Lock Locksmith came out with a ring of about 50 keys, and on the third try had it opened. Total bill - under $25 plus my time and mileage to get there. Highly recommended. This business appears to have incredible inventory and skill base for both run of the mill and out of the ordinary items. They are now my 'go to' for my locksmith needs.

Great service ! Car key damaged somehow...resulting in not being able to start car without going thru numerous attempts. Home Depot. Walmart etc. failed trying in trying duplicate copy. Dealership wanted to charge an arm & a leg. Thanks to Mr. Lock....mission accomplished.

Wow, this place has great service! I went in to see if they could make a key from the ignition switch lock cylinder of my bike because I lost my orignals (stupid me), and not only were they able to make a key, but alot faster and less expensive than I thought! If I need a locksmith, im going to them from now on.
