The back door was severely damaged while updating locks. Its asliding door, and apparently these are more difficult, he worked on it for hours and continued to struggle. Without my permission he took a saw to the back to to carve out an area that would allow you to turn the key. Two problems with this; this is my brand new home and he did not ask permission. AND he did a complete hack job. Now the weather stripping is peeling back. I spent 200.00 dollars to rekey three doors. I will pay more than that to fix the door. This was after having an appointment at 12, being told I would receive a call at 11 to confirm he was coming. When I didnt receive a call at 12, I had to call. We then had to reschedule until 2. Not happy.*** They indicated in the comments below that perhaps they are the wrong company. I verified, I've posted the review to the correct profile.
