I have nothing but all good things to say about Leinos. I called today this morning and within 2 hours their technician John was here to make me a copy of my ford key. John was very professional and courteous and was done in about 20 minutes or so. He checked the key and made sure it worked since it has a chip. I will call them again if I ever need a key.

Really impressed with their service and communication. I lost my second Infiniti fob, and they were able to program a new OEM fob (which I had purchased online) and cut the fob key. From first call to finish, it was maybe an hour. I cant recommend this small business enough.

Talk about a WIN over what the dealership would have charged me. Ralph is a great guy and called me back in a very reasonable amount of time. I was able to meet him at the home depot near my house and he programmed the two remotes I purchased on Amazon for my 2012 Silverado for a fraction of what the dealership quoted me. I will be calling this guy up for all future lock/key needs. Highly recommended!

Lost my keys to my truck and was in a pinch to get to work. These guys were fast, honest, informative, and fairly priced! I got 2 electronic keys, a regular key, and 2 remote lock/unlock pads done on the spot within 30min of them arriving. They did this all without having any of my remotes or keys period. I would definitely use them again.

I had a key fob for my Lexus replaced and forgot who had done the work. I needed another fob and to say the least every locksmith that I spoke to had the same scam. Trip fee of $15 to $20 and minimum charge of $129 but they all say it could be higher. I finally pressed hard enough that each of them finally said the fob would run $499. Thank goodness I finally fount Leino's Lock and Key again! Very professional, trustworthy and half the price of the scammers. You also can go to the dealer but if you have lost a key you have to have your car towed to the dealership and their price ranges from $300 to $500.Thanks to Leino's

I called Leino after trying to get an office key made and it did not work. To be exact, I had 2 keys made from Home Depot that didn't work, then 2 keys made from Lowes that did not work (both had the automated systems) and 2 keys made at True Value that did not work (this one was the old school manual machine). After 3 places and 6 keys I called Leino to come to the office so that he could make adjustments on site. As it turned out, he cut 1 key to make sure it worked... and it did! Then he cut 4 more keys for me o there are no spares. He was extremely helpful and friendly and will recommend him to anyone that needs a key cut. I am going to start with him next time!

Dont use them! I called after 8:00 am on a Monday, phone rang then went to phone message, left message about my issue.....NEVER CALLED BACK!!!! I called them back multiple times and phone went directly to massage machine.....NEVER CALLED ME BACK!!!!About 10:30 am, called another local service, answered right away, understood my problem and....resolved my issue.....Very disappointed........
