Called today around 9:30 pm and the customer service woman was very rude and impatient. A good business tries to make the situation better for a person rather than being bothered that they have a job to complete. Especially if theyre getting paid for the service. I told the lady if she continues to be rude I could get help elsewhere and she responded with ok.

Outstanding experience! Johnny was super friendly and helpful. He saw the call for service at 4:30 am and although they didnt dispatch until 6am, he still came out as fast as he could ON HIS DAY OFF!!! He arrived in about 30 min and had all the tools for the job. He aired up my donut and had me on my way in minuets. It was a great experience and I would not hesitate to recommend pop a lock to anyone I know.

Asked them to come to my house and rekey locks. Said they'd call back within half an hour for quotes and scheduling. Three days later and never called back. Well done, guys.

Brian came within 40 min of me calling. Called me a couple of times to let me know time of arrival which was nice because I had somewhere to go. He was fast and great at what he does. Got the job done within 5 min. I would recommend Brian.

Called this morning at 6 am through geico insurance. Said would be there at 8 am. Wife late for work. 8:15 Lies and says to insurance that he called and no one answered. We live about 10 miles from this place. Will never use or recommend to anyone. Can't stand liars at least just say your not coming.
