My daughter locked her keys in her car and called to have someone come unlock her car. They were prompt and friendly, but were outrageously priced. They charged 75.00 to drive down the street and unlock her car. This is almost 4 times what I usually pay. We will not be calling them again.

I called to see if they could make a key they said sure come on, it took me 10 minutes to get there , when I arrived they literally put up the out to lunch for an hour sign . So I called and even though they were inside they said come back in an hour. I was live 2 hours away and was just in town for an appointment and had to return home immediately so I couldn't wait an hour. In my opinion that was rude and inconsiderate.

Navco Safe & Lock Co. successfully unlocked my vehicle in less than five minutes. The price was a lot though, I had to pay $65.00 dollars but they got the job done.

Always helpful and fast great service! To the people mad about having to pay a fee for a locksmith is hilarious. You could always get a triple A membership and pay way more or just not lock yourself out of your vehicle... Be greatful for someone helping!

Horrible service. Tech that was sent out after working OVER an hour was not able to unlock door. Then charged OVER $60 over quoted price. Called office manager and she was the rudest person I have spoken with in a long time. I would suggest you NOT use this company. Very bad experience for an 86 year old lady.
