Wow! Fast and efficient! I can't believe they came out late on a Saturday to help get my front door open. To make a long story short, the new key I had made at a local hardware store hadn't been keyed correctly. Anyway, I had no hopes of getting in until I called Texans Locksmith, who came to the rescue! My dogs (who were locked inside and needed to be fed) and I are so grateful! If you need a locksmith, your search is over... Texans Locksmith is the BEST locksmith in town! Should I ever need a locksmith again, I will definitely use them again!

Very disappointed in the discrepancy of the quote and actual price charged. The technician was prompt, friendly and did a good job! No problems there. (However, he was not a Texans Locksmith employee.) The company quoted us a price 'starting at $19 per door' to rekey our home. We have the easiest changeable lock sets, (therefore I assume, the least expensive), and we were charged over $50 per door. We had stated on the phone that we needed 6 keys, but the technician came with none. We happened to have 2 blanks that he could use. Be wary about the honesty of quote you get from Texans Locksmith in North Dallas!!!

Professional and courteous. Great service, he came and did a visual inspection of work I had requested for my business, while other locksmiths quoted over phone no visual inspection. He came in and did the work with very little disruption to work area, which I much appreciated. Also, what was quoted was what was charged! Texans Locksmith helped me when I made the call to them. The locksmith technician came out on the weekend to change some door locks, and he was able to rekey them so I needed only one key instead of needing 4 separate keys. He had to replace the deadbolt and doorknob on a few doors, and the hardware he used to do this was very reliable and sturdy. We're really happy with his work and I will rely on Texans Locksmith and their techs when I need more work done in the future.

This review is way overdue. Ok, so we moved into a new home recently and I looked at all the different reviews out there since finding an ETHICAL and HONEST locksmith is critical. Let me tell you friends, the guys over at Texans Locksmith are THE BEST at what they do. Not only did the guy they sent over do an exceptional job, (he was fast and efficient), but they are ethical and honest technicians. You don't want someone who will make copies of keys and then break into your home. So, these guys are respectable and honest. I will most definitely be calling Texans Locksmith again for any future jobs. If I could give 10 stars, I would. And trust me, I don't hand out 5 stars so easily.

With Texans Locksmith, you are in safe hands, no doubt about it. My key was completely jammed in the lock on a rainy Saturday afternoon and I needed to be able to use it. I called Texans Locksmith, and they told me someone would be over within the hour. Fantastic service from technicians who are unquestionably capable and experts in their field. They were able to extract the key as well as help me with the broken lock repair which saved me a ton of money, since I no longer had to install a new set of locks.

Our old digital lock broke and the tech installed a new Samsung lock on same day and without any issues. He is knowledgeable, efficient and really diligent about what it does. After the lock was installed he realized our door was not aligned properly due to which the previous lock broke. Along with installing the lock he aligned the door and now our door lock works very smooth. A+ service in my book.

As a customer service professional, I can be critical of how businesses operate and communicate with clients. Today I had to call Texans Locksmith to fix a project a different locksmith screwed up last week. I hired a locksmith to rekey locks and they completely botched the job. However, Texans Locksmith was able to help me rectify the problem. Not only did they fit me into their schedule, they fixed the issue within minutes.
